Disappointed that when you return an item they will not give you proof that it's going back into your bank account. They simply say you have to trust them. Well in today's day and age you can't trust anyone. What if they had not returned my money? I would have nothing to prove I was due a refund. They said that it's on third POS system. Come on what if your POS systems crashes (and they do), I would have been out almost $400.00.

They would not even write me a note saying I returned product and will see a credit on my bill. I did get my money back 5 days later but I worried for 5 days because they don't know how to print a return receipt.

Slow service. Warehouse guys are even slower. All the guys are even too lazy to help you load, they just throw it on the dock and walk away. Horrible customer service over all.

I have a Pinterest problem and so many of my projects come out looking like Nailed it! But not this one thanks in large part to Victor at DCS. I explained to him that I wanted to epoxy my dated Corian countertops which were in excellent condition and he made sure I had everything I needed for a successful project. My husband did a wonderful job on the counters but if we had not known exactly what to get and how to apply it from Victor it would have been a hot mess. Thank you so much DCS--my mom is next!
