Ordered maple doors for a renovation project. They came on time and look great. Great options and they're easy to work with.

Simon went above and beyond! It's the third time I've bought doors from him and his product is superb. No nonsense, straight forward and delivers exactly what is expected, every time. Highly recommended to any new buyers.

Spent hours on the internet as well as checking all the big box stores searching for a new bathroom door to match the style of the other doors in our home, to no avail (original doors are discontinued). Finally, after months of searching, I found Global One Forest Products. I contacted Simon as to my specifications and was quoted a fair price and advised of shipping requirements. Door arrived last weekend in perfect condition and the installation went perfectly. Folks, this is a great product and service from knowledgable and friendly staff.

We ordered our doors on 8/18/20. Was told to expect in about 3 weeks. They came earlier.just 2 weeks! No problems, shipment packaged very well. Communication excellent. Thank you! If I had ordered from my local lumber yard it would have taken FOREVER! The salesperson, WHEN they call you back. THEN they have to get a price from their supplier. THEN you have to call the salesperson back because they forgot about you.when actually they forgot to ask their supplier.well, you get the idea.

Our company ordered doors from this company and was really disappointed in the customer service aspect. We wanted solid wood doors and when it was presented as solid core we questioned it but the response given was the doors were solid poplar stiles and rails. When we received the doors this was not what we received but reached out to the company to clarify.

We were definitely met with hostility and never even asked for a refund or replacement or anything of the sort. Simply asked a question. Complete disrespect. The email was sent word for word to the company and they began to interpret things into what was meant to be said and added words that were never there in their email response but continued to argue. Still to this day we have not asked for anything different but were disgusted with the attitude and disrespect. I would never buy from them again nor will I recommend.

We absolutely LOVE the 3 doors. They are the perfect 'reproductions' we were looking for at a reasonable price and will allow us to both upgrade our space while respecting the style our of 125 year-old home. Please share our compliments with your team!

I ordered a set of French doors from Simon. I already had a set of 15 glass French doors but we wanted to replace them with "frosted" glass. I contacted Simon to get a price (since the prices are not on his website) on the 12 glass French doors with frosted glass. We Called back a few days later to place the order because we really wanted the glass to be frosted (these are doors into our master bathroom and felt we needed the privacy).

It took me a couple times of describing the door we wanted.12 glass with panel at the bottom, he finally found the ones we wanted to order, so I placed the order for the set of French doors with frosted glass. I paid over the phone.we never received an invoice, confirmation of the order or to confirm the order. The next contact we had was from the carrier trying to deliver them. Well.we have another set of French doors with CLEAR glass.

My husband contacted Simon and he was persistent that I never mentioned the word frosted and he sent us an email and never heard back from us. My husband said we never received an email, he suggested we check with our internet carrier.lol. We asked why did you order them without a confirmation? Then he said the email said to contact him if the order is incorrect.

He sent us a recent email (saying this is what he sent us) but again it doesn't say only contact him if the order is incorrect. I also contacted the Woodport Doors, the company he orders from and they said they have had several complaints about him as well and that they send out a confirmation order 24 hours before they ship the doors and we were suppose to see that and double check it.

We never received that either. Just be careful ordering through this company, if he places the order incorrectly, you are the one that has to eat the error, because of course he isn't wrong.

The tile selection process is absolutely mind boggling with the thousands of choices available and varying price points. I highly recommend Global One Forest Products Inc as your one stop shop for all your tile needs.

I purchased 8 interior doors and they shipped promptly and they were just perfect. It's been nearly 8 years ago and they look good as the I bought them.

Ordered a pantry door. Simon led me through the order process and had excellent communication during the shipping process. A month later I had a question and needed some guidance. I emailed Simon and he had a very helpful answer for me within 10 minutes. Amazing customer service!
