Don't hire just any Shutter & Blind Company After numerous phone calls and 5 in home consultations, I finally found a shutter company to purchase my window coverings. I am so glad I came across Superior Shutters. My purchase from start to finish was exceptional. I was very pleased with the quality of service and the products Superior Shutters had to offer.

I first worked with Victor, who came to the house, showed us samples of their product, measured the windows, and gave us an estimate. Victor was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. Melinda, from the office kept in touch and made sure the process of purchasing my blinds/shutters was effortless. Melinda, provided updates on production and delivery dates and worked around my schedule, when it came time for the installation.

The blinds/shutters were delivered on time as promised. The installater, Luis, was prompt, courteous, and professional. Luis made sure we understood how to care for our blinds/shutters correctly and even cleaned all the windows, much better then I ever had. After the installation was complete Luis cleaned the work area, spotless. I appreciated Luis attention to detail.

The price was very reasonable. Everyone we dealt with personally or on the phone was excellent, professional, thoughtful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Superior Shutters and Blinds. Thank you for a job well done.

Not happy with the follow through or communication. We were ready to order a Hunter Douglas panel track blind through another company that quoted 14 weeks, we spoke to Victor with Superior Blinds, he quoted us 14 days and a much better price (we weren't so concerned with the price, we were much more driven by time frame.) Here we are over a month later and no blinds. Tried contacting Victor and have been ignored. Called the office, spoke a nice lady (only reason for the extra star) who informed me that it will now be almost another month, which will put us at 7 weeks.

I get it, there are supply chain break downs, but there is a big difference between 14 days and what we will end up getting. Even more importantly, the lack of communication is extremely disappointing, they should be reaching out to me explaining the delays, I shouldn't have to dig for it. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to neighbors or friends.

Every part of the buying journey was great. Sales guy (Matt Keller) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Came up with options for our large windows that other companies didn't. The installer (Mike) was THE BEST. Fast and extremely good. I've replaced every blind in my house and put some up where I didn't have them before! Highly recommend them.

Hose the installer was warm and very professional. It was a pleasure to have him install my blinds. Matthew Keller the salesman was also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Superior Blinds of Scottsdale to anyone who is in need of window coverings.

High quality work! Before we knew the Lobos, they did superior work for us through our decorator at the time. Now that they live a couple doors down and we know them to be amazing people, it feels even better to recommend their company!

Placed a Large Order with the Company for my second home purchase. Initially, I believed that their pricing was out of whack but the product quality is great. Would give them 5 Stars but currently waiting for some final fixes to product delivered.

Purchased a new home and had 27 windows and 4 sliding glass doors that needed shutters/blinds. I contacted Superior Blinds and a few days later Oscar came over and we discussed all the various options. I'm very pleased with the selections and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended Superior Blinds to several friends who have purchased shutter/blinds from Oscar. Great company and professional service.

We had Superior put shutters in our home, Oscar came out & measured all windows. When the shutters came in & were installed, they forgot a main window in my kitchen, luckily it was the same size as 1 bedroom, so we kept the guest bedroom empty until the shutters came in for the left out window. Oscar had to come out to remeasure & while doing so, I asked him to measure our French doors for shutters as well, he said I never paid for kitchen window, even tho he said the quote was for everything & then gave me additional quote for French doors.

I was irritated & said I'll call in the morning to give green light. I also said, there were issues with a few shutters closing properly, etc. & he said they will take care of that when they come out to install the kitchen & french doors. Within the next couple days, I called & said please order the shutters.that was May 11th & it's now September 6th.

I called the entire week of the 2nd week of August & nobody even knew about my order & Oscar took a week to get back to me & just said they were waiting on the warehouse to finish them. Complete bull. I still have no shutters. Mind you, this was after I spent close to $6k the first time.

We have a huge sliding door that needed a shade of some sort. We called superior blinds and they were quick to get measurements and find us what we needed. We appreciated all of Oscar's hard work and his excellent customer service! We would highly recommend them

I called for a quote on shutters gor my new home.the sales person was very knowledgeable and very pleasant! My shutters came in a timely manor and i was very impressed with the installation and product! Would highly recommend this company!

Great service! They were efficient, clean and quick at the time they installed my blinds. The best part is that a few months later I had misplaced the remote control in my master bedroom. When I called them I was expecting to be charged for a new one. TO MY SURPRISE THEY SENT OUT ONE OF THEIR INSTALLERS WITH A NEW REMOTE TO REPROGRAM MY SHADES. Best part of all they did not charge me for the remote! I would definitely recommend Superior blinds!

We recently were in need of new window coverings for our home. My friend had recommended Superior Blinds so I decided to give them a call. I got an estimate for different windows coverings and decided to get honeycombs. They told me it would take 3 weeks to have them installed but, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after 2 weeks and came to install them.

I am 100% satisfied with Superior Blinds. I love my new honeycombs! I would definitely recommend Superior Blinds to anyone one that's looking for good quality window coverings.

We were moving into a new house and received many quotes and some even lower than this company. It was such great experience at the beginning. We got the estimate, the guy who came out to install blinds was on time and very helpful. He helped us make some great decisions for window coverings. He measured all of the windows. The day came to install the blinds and they tech installed them very fast, within 1 hour for about 14 windows.

The tech left and we noticed that there was one window missing and wondered what happened. We ended up calling the office and spoke to the lady who works the front desk. She was the most impolite. She was not understanding at all and questioned everything I said. She told us that we were only quote for 13 windows and not 14. She made it seem like it was our fault that we didn't get the correct estimate.

She was not helpful at all and did not offer a solution. She was ever difficult to speak with. I had to ask her what it was that could be done and she doesn't deal with things like that and still didn't offer for us to talk to anyone. That part of the process was unfortunate because we really liked the tech. They eventually ordered the other blind for which we had to pay for but they waived the installation.

That ruined the whole thing. I would be wary of asking them for help even if they guarantee the workmanship and quality of the blinds. UPDATE! I usually don't edit my reviews. Once they are here they are here to stay. But something great happened. The owner himself of the company reached out to me to address my experience. It says a lot when the owner of a company reaches out to their clients.

I'm sure, having a busy schedule, running a business and dealing with issues as an owner could be daunting. To have the only call me himself made us feel like true customers and that we were important. We weren't just another business transaction. The owner reached out to me and wanted to know what happened and wanted to make sure that I had a good experience and was forever grateful for the business.

He restored my faith in the company. And really it was never the company itself just the experience I had with a staff member. But that makes the whole experience. He offered to refund me the blind that was missed and I accepted. But it's not about the money. I never expected it. I was happy with the installation fee being waived. He just went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in the end and stood behind his work and they way he conducts business. I appreciate the gesture and it just proves that he believes in his company vision and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. Thanks again Oscar!

I am so happy Ive chosen Superior blinds for my screen sliding door and bedroom screen replacement. The service was excellent, everyone was so kind and it didnt take long for my order to come in. They are very. affordable also. The installation looks great and I am beyond pleased with it all.
