I did an interview With Mr. Mike Britt and it was one of the most upfront, and straightforward experiences that I've had seeking employment. I had the pleasure of meeting a current employee Matt who was above and beyond helpful. The moral at Old Castle is definitely the atmosphere for a productive and rewarding career.

Former employee. Left because of the continual 15 hour days expected. Refuse to add more help to alleviate the problem. Loved my job until these blood suckers took over. I feel so bad for the people still there. I hate anyone to have to suffer like that. I'm hoping they all find a way to get out soon.
