These covers are molded from black polyethylene plastic. They cover the full face of the flange and have 4 each integrated plugs to hold them on to the flange. These covers are stock and come in sizes 1/2"-12" and in 150, 300, and 600 pressures. Most sizes for ring joint flanges are also available in this style.

These plugs come in red. Specifically designed for close fit socket weld applications, the plug provides maximum protection. These plugs come in blue. They come in sizes 1/8"-6" and are a stock item. Sizes 1/8"-2" feature pull rings for ease of removal. These tapered style polyethylene plugs have built-in lift rings for easy installation and removal, resulting in reduced product damage and increased cost savings. New patented design lays flat, resulting in more efficient packaging. These caps come in red.
