Can only give three stars because all it takes is one person to lower a company's rating. In the case today, it was Lucy (sp?). The manager, Steve, was great and pleasant to interact with, but just like Lucy from the Peanuts, the Lucy at Richelieu was needlessly unpleasant today. So unfortunate because the place is nice, well organized, and offers a good selection.

Great staff w friendly welcoming attitudes. Guys helped me load up my purchases and saved my back a heck of alota trouble! Thanks guys! I'll b back forsure!

Not so nice to Vendors. I worked for a Door Hardware Manufacturer several years ago and sold these guys Sliding and Folding Door Hardware, this was before Richeleiu had acquired them. Every order that was shipped to them was supposedly "short".I had my guys in shipping take photos of the quantities before they left; and they still showed up short, blaming it on the Freight line every time it happened. After asking around, I found out we were not the on Vendor where this happened. Hopefully they cleaned house after the buyout and started from scratch.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! The amount of rude attitude that i received from Marie trying to get a minor issue resolve or at-least get information was uncalled for. The only person that truly had good intention and truly help me in the best way possible was Kevin.

NEW STORE HOURS 7:30 am TIL 4:00 PM SERVICE IS ALLOWED ONLY AT THE COUNTER If you are interested in viewing products in the showroom - you must set an appointment at the counter or call first. Showroom appointments are from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM then again in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM only. Remember you must have a confirmed appointment prior to coming to the store for viewing merchandise in the showroom.

Front Counter service is allowed during the new business hours of 7:30 AM til 4:00 PM. A mask is required to enter the building and during the conducting of business. Please maintain a minimum 6 foot distance while in the building and follow the health guideline during the Covid-19 Crisis.

I was referred here by Bering's Hardware to search for a cabinet fastener that was difficult to find. My helper at Cornerstone (Richeleu) was George, and he did a great job of finding a substitute fastener for me. I left there feeling like a very satisfied customer who received great customer service!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! They make it a practice to always claim they are short on deliveries from Vendors; which in essence, is Stealing. I always thought it was quite ironic; with the "Cornerstone" name, as they present themselves as a religious group of people. Hopefully that has changed since Richelieu has purchased them, and gotten rid of the old upper level management.

It's a great place to look for my working supplies and also for stuff i need for other things.

I am waiting in the store as I type this. As a contractor time is money for me. I never can come into this store and be served in less than 45 mins to an hr. What's just as frustrating is that there is so many staff members here and are often sitting behind the counter not serving, talking to each other or just pretending to be busy!? If you can get past this, then the service is actually really good as are the products. But the wait time kills the visit for me every single time!

Its a 2-hour commitment if you need anything from here. Heavily under staffed, slow, and the process is flat-out painful.

Worst system for a customer, have to wait over 1 h to buy something. Very bad for contractors. last time I come here and I buy a lot of hardware. Who ever is running this place needs to get fired.

The latest. Waited on hold for 10+ min. Unable to check stock on an item. Previously.tried to open an account and use a credit card. They either lost the application or entered it incorrectly 3x. Never got the CC registered with them so I can'tsend any of my guys unless I give them the CC. Ridiculous!

I ordered some magnets from their online store and the item they (promptly) shipped me was incorrect due to a labeling issue. I emailed them explaining what I had actually received. They quickly looked into it and let me what had happened, took responsibility, offered a refund, and left me three voice messages over time to update me on the status of the replacement order.

Finally (drumroll) they got me what I had ordered! Maybe I should give them four stars because there was a delay. But, because I have the power, I hereby bestow the five star golden service award for being upright and communicating so well. I will not hesitate to order from them again. It was nice dealing with real people, not some opaque corporate web site.
