We walked in there near the beginning of Covid when we usually shop Lowes. We agreed to shop small businesses to help and we are also fellow small business owners. We were prepared to spend at minimum $1,000 for what we needed but the Mask Police, a younger guy/kid behind the plexiglass WITH a mask on BARKED at us and was super rude. I said oh so are you saying if we don't wear a mask we CANNOT shop here? He barked rudely again and I said, thank you we will shop and spend our money elsewhere and NEVER shop here again. Holding to it #Forever

Definitely won't order any materials from Sorrento ever again. Ordered concrete for a job site and their truck drivers totally tore up the acreage where the site is being built. Then, after the driver got stuck, the next driver who showed up to tow him, towed his truck directly into an aluminum gate. Totally ruining the gate and a section of fence attached to said gate.
They refused to pay for it due to a couple lies told by their drivers. We have 4 witnesses who refute their claim. They hold the leverage so they have decided to treat their customers with disrespect and with a total lack of ethical discourse. Their rep has now begun to ignore phone calls and another rep ignores voicemails.

We ordered a truck load of gravel for delivery last week. We told the driver where we wanted the gravel dropped, but it was dropped in a different location (50 feet away). When we contacted the office, they agreed there must have been a misunderstanding. They informed us we would get a call from the driver with a solution. The driver has never contacted us.
I was informed again today, they would have the driver contact me but there isn't really anything he can do at this point! I will have to rent the equipment to move the gravel myself and pay to have the gravel put in the correct location a second time! You might find a cheap price here, but it is not worth a job half done!
