Custom Accents is a locally owned and family operated company founded in 2005. Owner Donny Munson has over 23 years of experience in the glass, and glass tinting industry. He was born and raised in Baton Rouge and is a Veteran of the United States Navy. His wife and co-owner, Lita Munson has many years of experience in customer service.

Spent a great deal of money with this company. All we ever wanted was for my kitchen accent lighting to work perfectly especially when guests were present. Well that has never happened. Now that we're in preparation to sell our home, I will have to personally replace the floor accent lighting or hire someone else to install the newly purchased lighting.
Very disappointed in the outcome. We spent lot of money with this company, window tinting, three bathroom s shower doors, and kitchen accent lighting, well over 10k+. Just feel more should have been done to make sure we were completely satisfied. We weren't and we're not. We no longer tell guest who has done the work anymore. We're thoroughly exhausted.

The drivers side mirror need to be repaired on my car. After reading the reviews, I made contact with Custom Accents and was so glad the reviews were right. They went over and above to fix the mirror on my car, not closing their doors just because it was 5 pm. They stayed and made sure the mirror was fixed properly. They are very gracious and pleasant people and hope to do business with them in the future.

Excellent service. I was getting a tint strip on the top of my front windshield, and the windshield ended up breaking when they took the rear view mirror off. Apparently the new F150s mirrors are a pain to get off. But they found another windshield to replace it and stayed after work hours to make sure the job was finished. Very good employees and was highly impressed on how they handled the situation.
