DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Especially if you are person of color, they are rude to say the least and defensive, dishonest and if you happen to "speak over them" they threaten to call the police. I helped pick up & return some items for my sister this weekend. The slushy machine malfunctioned the entire time. of our event & when I returned this morning to help return the items that is when it all went down. Linen that was checked out to my sister was brought back and suddenly now there are saying items were missing, the linen was not counted in front of her for pick up but they swear it was tripled checked and signed off on.
When the disagreement began over the miscount or missing item one of the females came and threatened to call the police because my sister wouldn't stop talking. Really you gon call the police for that, she was then asked to step aside (the female worker) and another lady came to count, well female that wanted to call the police continued to run her mouth behind the counter.
Now if we were really about wanting to cause a scene it could have gone from bad to worse quickly and she could have very well been beat up but she was not because we are better than that. I am not sure how come the police need to be called just because you saying one thing and we are saying another, I feel like because we were black and she was white she supposedly felt intimated or scared for her life, who knows. But the bottom line is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they have not integrity, class or customer service.

The owner and the employees here are not honest. Read all the 1 STAR reviews from their other location and you will see how many people have been charged without authorization, overcharged, double charged, and so on. They did this to my younger brother who is disabled, evidently thinking he would not notice. They took advantage of him and it is very clear what was done.
I recommend going elsewhere, but if you do use this place DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I hope this helps save someone the weeks of stress and hassle we have gone thru.
