Called and requested a estimate for installing countertops. I gave them rough measurements over the phone So they could at least provide a basic estimate as a baseline of cost. We exchanged a couple of emails but once I stated let's move forward with the job they stop responding. Terrible customer service.

We called for an estimate on a kitchen countertop. They said they didn't have any samples and recommended a wholesale granite company to view samples. We did that and made our choice. Granite company was supposed to send choice to Phoenix. We never heard back from anyone, so went with another company that did call back. Many past experiences with Phoenix have always been good. Don't know what happened this time.

We have used Pheonix Countertops several times fabricating custom countertops for our kitchen projects and they are consistently on time with countertops made to the exact specifications we gave them. Makes the installation a breeze because you k ow what you're going to get!

My experience with Phoenix was very positive. The overall experience from designing my kitchen, to their timely and helpful customer service all the way through to completion was excellent. We have receieved many compliments on our kitchen and could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend. Thanks again to the Phoenix team for all of their help!

Mike and I were very pleased with our remodelization done by Nate and his crew. He came often to the job see that it was done to his satisfaction and more importantly ours. Very professional, but yet we felt he treated us like family. We would highly recommend Nate and his team in the future and wouldn't hesitate to call upon him again for any other remodeling we are considering. It's been a pleasure and Thanks again it's beautiful!

I would avoid working with them. It took about 8 weeks for a laminate counter top. That is an excessively long time. Had they quoted that up front, I would not have bought it. On top of that, they waited a week to measure from my order date, lost paperwork and did not realize it. After that 2nd week was lost and I sent them their papers, they wasted 2 more weeks ordering the materials.

I was then given 3 "promise" dates that they were shooting for which were missed and when I pointed this out to the lovely lady who answers the phone I was told that unless I have a recording of her saying it, then she doesn't care. She then hung up on me. As I said, go elsewhere.

Nate and his crew did a beautiful job on our kitchen, family room and foyer. Very professional, curtious and caring. Nate made sure every part of the project was done to his satisfaction. Most importantly to our satisfaction. I would recommend Nate and his team for any home remodeling project. Thanks ever so much we love it!

We have done numerous projects with Anthony, Nate a father son team that has always been very precise, easy to work with not to mention the best quality & pricing in the industry. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would like to have a wonderful buying experience & knowing that their family business of 35 years will always be their for my & all others cabinets & counter top needs I would not go anywhere else but to Phoenix Cabinets & tops for my cabinet & counter tops needs.

When i first contacted the business the person was very helpful on the phone and was answering all my questions and concerns. The installation guys were very professional and went above and beyond all my expectations. I will certainly be recommending them to all my family members and friends.

I have to commend Pheonix Countertops, they have treated us fairly and professionally. I knew the costs and time frame up front, and they stuck to them. I knew when the teams were coming, what they would be doing, and every team did their job well, but I have to say the cabinet installer, Dominick, you're the man! The countertop is granite and was installed by the Precision Granite (granite supplier) experts - Great Job!

Every last detail was covered, right down to the plumber (Steve you are so easy to work with!). Each of the professionals offered advice and choices. The office team has supported us every step of the way, Anthony - what a pleasure to work with you! Easy folks to get along with, great attitude, Nate - you run a tight ship, even when we hit the inevitable speed bump you just made it go away. Do you do bathrooms?
