From the St. Charles & Geneva area: Go South on Illinois Route 31 (which is called Lincolnway in North Aurora), pass the intersection/Light at Route 56/Butterfield Road and we are mile past on the West/Right side. From Randall Road; Take Randall Road to Oak Street, go East on Oak to Lincolnway/Illinois Route 31 and go Right/South we will be on your right.

This company is great, if I could rate them higher than 5 I would. Came within the 2 hr window and installed a new garage opener in less than an hour. I had to call them same day because my garage door opener just quit on us and they were on it. Andy was the installer and he was nice and polite. Left everything spotless. Thank you guys!

I was refereed to Overhead Garage Door by my parents, and glad I was! When I called, they assured me they could get to me by next day. Very quick service! James, my tech, came out the next day, and was very friendly and professional. He replaced the garage door spring, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company!

Best customer service, reasonable repair cost and professional as they come! I called to have my 10 year old Liftmaster side mount opener replaced. James the tech who came out to replace my opener was professional and super friendly. I recommend this company hands down and will not go anywhere else! These guys go above and beyond!

Absoluted pleased with both the salesman in the office, the gentleman who measured and the young man who installed the door. The young man installed the door by himself in a short period of time during a heavy rainstorm and rainfall. We were even surprised someone would show up that day because of the bad weather. He was the BEST!

Best. Business. Ever. Needed repair for unknown problem. They answered the phone on the first ring. Offered several possible appointment times starting with the same day. Technician arrived exactly on time (for a 2 hour window). Friendly: said he'd start diagnosis with the least expensive fix. Explained everything as he worked. Found and fixed the problem. Tested door going up and down. We have used them before; bought the current opener from them. Highly recommended.

SUPER impressed. My door was stuck and sort of "apart" at 4 pm. A saw a cable broke. Yikes. I called these guys - and, they were calm, kind, professional and they ANSWERED the phone. All a nice thing. And they were here first thing in the morning. They didn't make me feel like they were doing me some favor! They were kind, upfront about their costs and did as they said. Having no idea about garage doors, springs, pulleys or even what a good garage door opener should cost the AV Overhead Garage team put my mind at ease. The owner was not only knowledgeable, but patient and explained all the options before I replaced my old garage doors. I ended up replacing my old doors with Artisan custom and decided to have a Liftmaster opener installed.
There were a few challenges, but Matt in the office worked to solve them. In the end the project was completed and I have piece of mind that it was done right! I highly recommend AV Garage Door team and Matt for their outstanding professionalism, fair prices, and the guarantees of their work.
