The staff was friendly and they have many floor plans to choose from. They make the logs at a mill very close to their location in Bronson Fl. The logs are cypress which termites do not eat and you don't have to adjust the logs yearly. They transport the logs to your property and assemble the home. A complete turnkey home is $180 per square ft and porches and garages are $80 per square foot. So there you have it all. I was just there today 13th of March. The big plus is the quality wood and 60 year warranty.
