Services
Since 1954 members of the Hankle family have been logging timber in the extensive forests in Northeastern New York. Today, Hankle Lumber, Inc., expertly manufactures these logs into premium wood products. Still family owned and operated, Hankle Lumber, Inc. specializes in producing native lumber, both hardwood and softwood.
Our Hardwood Flooring is milled to 3/4" thickness and has a standard face size of 3", 4", or 5". We can also mill other custom sizes based upon availability. This product comes tongue & grooved, with a bottom reveal to help prevent cupping. Ash is common in the Eastern United States and has a wide-straight grain pattern similar to Oak.
V-GROOVE boards are milled with chamfered edges on both sides, forming a V shape when the tongue-and-groove joints come together. Our V-Groove PANELING IS KILN DRIED AND MILLED TO A 3/4 THICKNESS. When choosing PINE we stock it in WIDTHS OF 4"-6"-8". We have the ability to make 10" & 12" WIDe with a special order.
The finishing touch to a room can make all the difference. Formal, historic, elegant, there are no limits to the possibilities when it comes to moulding. While on the surface it may seem like a subtle accent, custom wood trim sets the tone for style. Whether you've found a new trend or want to just replace something special, we can have your favorite custom molding profile made.

Basically received the run-around in my experience with this company, Upon inquiring about scheduling a delivery a couple times, they said they'd call back; to which they never did. Finally on the third attempt I was able to have a delivery date set and called the morning of the delivery to confirm that everything was good to go. "Sometime between 4:00 and 4:30" was the word received by the person working the phones. Waited until 6:00, with no luck, not even a courtesy call from them to explain that they wouldn't be able to make it.
Upon calling them the next morning, the excuses were readily available without even an apology. "The roads were bad" "The driver said he tried calling you" I guess a slight wind that day not only made the roads horrible, but also wiped out all the phone reception in the area? We may never know. Even after all of this, they said that they would contact me when they would be able to deliver. Needless to say, I'm not holding my breath. It's bad enough being made out to be an inconvenience as a paying customer.
Much less being strung along and lied to with no credibility to account for. At least have the decency to tell someone if you can't fufill their request as a potential customer. Will be giving my hard earned money to a company that actually wants it.
