Condor blk kit. The sales rep (Scott L) I had was wonderful! Answered on evenings and weekends, even did a zoom call with us to help us decide which kit right and would work best for our space and helped us order extra railing. Shipping time was on target (even during C-19) *Warning. treads do NOT come as pictured. They are a nice solid red oak, you have to sand-stain, poly-sand ploy-sand, poly. Took me 5 days just for this process. If you fill out the math sheet right, installation is a breeze, but you WILL need tools and 3 ppl.

I purchased a staircase from Mylen before they were sold to the current owners. I asked for some assistance with installation instructions and was told that they no longer make that model sorry. Very poor customer service if you purchase the company you should still stand by the original product shame on you Mylen.

Not sure if they should just make spiral staircases because the rest of what they do is not done well, the customer service is very weak, sales people make the sale and then act like they have no communication with the production dept. I you want it to be real late and missing parts then mylen stairs is the right place.
