I was very impressed by the quality of their homes, construction and people. After viewing sever other similar companies, I have come back to edit my review. At first glance prices look great. until you realize they don't include important things like HVAC, grading, etc. When you put the price on a "turn key" project, the price goes FAR BEYOND the price they lead with.
To me, this is very deceptive especially when similar companies have these items included. If you are able to compare and "apples to apples" project, you will find this company to be much more expensive while the materials/quality are of the same caliber. I liked the people and the craftsmanship, but I can't do that kind of price.
