We began out in 1966 in Fayetteville selling mobile homes in Pennsylvania and have since expanded our services to include another office in Thomasville. This has allowed our delivery area to include parts of Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia. With our two locations, we currently have over twenty decorated models to view.

Was there to your new homes. Nobody could answer my questions, but at least I didn't have someone looking over my shoulder and pressuring me while touring the homes.

Used to be owned by a group of out of staters. Now owned by the local man that was always in charge on site. Mr. Mixell is one of the most knowledgable in the industry for many years. I enjoy the attention he gave me, and the time he spent to ensure I was knowledgable before committing to anything.

Were very friendly and allowed is to look at homes even though it was very close to closing time - prices are very reasonable
