I was looking for fire brick to install inside my fire pit and had contacted a number of different suppliers including the big box stores. None of them had the product but 2 separate companies said that I needed to talk with Lampus. 20 minutes after arriving at their yard I was driving away with the product I needed, and the cost was significantly less than I was expecting to pay!
I also appreciate that even though I only was spending $30, they showed no hesitancy or disinterest in helping me. I will definitely be looking to them for any future hardscape or retaining wall projects that I have.

Sales associate was rude.( J. Argue ) Miscommunication somewhere along the lines. I called to talk to him about my issue and he didn't seem to care at all. He was rude and didnt handle the situation very professionally just brushed it off. Masons have enough drama to deal with let alone a rude unorganized salesman. I'd rather deal with Greensburg block instead.

One of your drivers almoat hit our rig not once, but twice! Truck #81. I've got pictures of him coming over the zipper the second time. As well as pictures of his truck and trailer. Trailer pics actually show trailer number and tag number. Drivers like him is why the public hates truckers! This guy needs to go retrain at Swift. Though I doubt they'd qualify him

After comparing some of the competitors I decided to go with the Lampus product, versa- loc mosaic. I purchased over 2 THOUSAND block through one of their authorized installers. It's been 8 years and the multi level walls need torn down completely and totally rebuilt. I called one year ago this month to Lampus and they sent out the sales rep and the owner of the install company.
They both agreed that it wasn't built correctly. The owner of the installation company was to get back with me on what it would take to correct the problem. It's been one year and no call. I reached out again today to Lampus, spoke with Mr Burkhart VP sales. I asked if he or someone other than the sales rep could come out to look at the walls and tell me if the work was done properly or this is normal after 8 years.
He just flat out said they guarantee the product and not the installation and there was nothing they could do. Now I have a $35,000 investment (I thought would enhance my property) leaning and ready to fall in. I totally understand they only guarantee their product but you would think they would want to see the work good and bad that their authorized installers completed instead of just collecting payment for the sale of the product. Poor customer service, will never recommend their product and their installer.
