Took an old storm window in to have reset in frame, it was coming apart between glass and frame, could actually see gap. They called about 2 hours later said ready. Went in following week to pick up, they brought window out I looked at it and nothing had been fixed. Still gap, so did they actually look and do the work they were about to charge me for? Not so sure!

This place is definitely as good as it gets. My dad had a small mishap with a brush-hog and shot a rock through the side of his cars' window :P. One phone call later, I had a reservation at Wooster Glass, came in the next day and left 2 hours later with a car that looked as good as new for a great price. Keep up the good work!

Wooster Glass has been amazing to do business with. I have used their service 4 times (1 residential storm window glass replacement, 2 custom cut glass closet door, 1 custom cut beveled mirror, and most recently 4 large 4'x5' mirrors). When Wooster Glass' employees delivered the large mirrors, they were amazing. They were courteous, punctual and professional. Wooster Glass even loaned us some bulk material, allowing us to bring it back at a later date and charging us for what we used at that time. This is the type of customer service that only comes with hometown businesses. I can't overstate how strongly I would recommend Wooster Glass.
