We used them in 2009 to have a new roof installed. We did have to have them come out once prior to replace shingles that came off within a year after the install. Now 11 years later, we are missing shingles which caused water to leak into our house. And we cannot get anyone to call us back. So while they say they guarantee their work, it appears they do not. The shingles they sold us are no longer made either on top of everything. Thankfully our homeowners insurance is taking care of things for us.
