I want to thank Richard and Elaine Mateiro for receiving my video of my leaking dome and understanding that my roof and my wood floor was damaged due to the leak and yet did not provide with my simple request, how to stop the leak or schematics for my dome. It was their construction crew that installed the dome. My plea was for over a year and no help.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and there was no response. I am not able to post the video that was sent to Fiore Skylights and the owners. A very expensive ordeal for some minimal information.
