The service experience and quality of their products is second to none. This is my second shed from them and the first is 10 years old and looks brand new. The quality and craftsmanship is fantastic. They take to the time to understand your needs and find the perfect product to fit your needs. The whole experience was a breeze and the team is so easy to deal with. They treat you like family and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality shed.

Purchasing a Shed from Garden Oaks was a great experience! I knew what i wanted and they helped me bring my ideas to life! The office staff is so kind and helpful! As well as the young man that came out to do a site check and then the gentlemen who delivered! all in all, 10 out of 10! Thank you Garden Oaks for amazing products! we will be back!

Garden Oaks installed fencing in my yard. They performed excellent work and had phenomenal customer service when there was an issue. I highly recommend them!

Let me start with: We have spent nearly $10k with this group. Two jobs in close succession when we moved to our new home. First a very nice shed Then nice fencing around our property. Now, My wife and I Waited well over 1 year (1 YEAR folks) for someone to come fix our fence that they installed over 1 year before. Recently, Jason came over and did a quick fix on one area of fencing but we don't know when they will come fix the other area.

We are willing to pay. I even called saying we got 2 puppies that actually went under the fence area that NEEDS to be fixed, still no response. Do the fix, be done with it, instead we have to leave a review. So follow up. We have since hired another company, fixed fence! Never again Garden Oaks Ever since Ralph left they went downhill. You need to treat the customer better.

Since the owner claims to have no record of me, I will go through the timeline to see if this helps them with their memory: 1. I spoke to Ralph in January of 2020, my initial phone call, when I was inquiring about moving a swing set that was purchased from your company. He asked me to send pictures of the swing set to his email and he would call me about a moving date.

Nobody every called to schedule this date 2. I followed up with Ralph on March 16 and received no response on the move. 3. I followed up once again with Ralph on March 25 and he had informed me that they would contact me to schedule a move as they had just started work back up. Once again, no response. 4. I sent an email to Ralph once again on April 17 and he informed me that they had shut down all operations due to the Coronavirus pandemic, totally understandable. 5. Sent an two emails to Ralph on May 15 and May 17, inquiring about the swing set move, but once again, neither email was returned or responded to. 6.

I was informed by Jason, who provided me his email after a phone call in July that you were back open and running on July 21. He told me they had no records of any of my previous requests to Ralph, who was no longer with the company, but he would be happy to help me with my swing set move. I provided him pictures and my contact information as per his request.

He said he would be calling me to schedule the move. Once again, nobody got in contact with me. 7. I sent another email to Jason on August 25 to follow up with the request, but this email once again didn't get any answer. 8. I called Jason on 10/14/20, he once again requested that I sent him pictures and my information of the swing set move, which would now be my third time sending this, as he still didn't have a record of this.

He told me that he would schedule the move for sometime the next week, I don't quite remember the date. When Jason arrived at my house, he told me they were unable to remove the swing set because they didn't have the proper tool and they would have to reschedule. 9. Jason never called to reschedule, so I called again, in which he set up another date to move the equipment. An hour after you guys were supposed to show up, I received a call from your company that you guys were not going to show up due to a death in the family of Jason, but you would call me back to schedule an appointment.

Once again, nobody called to follow up. I am not sure if this jars your memory of me being a customer, but these are the events that transpired with Garden Oaks. I hired another local company to move the swing set whose name is Re-Move-All, who was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Once again, if anyone wants to buy a swing set from Garden Oaks, it is a great company, as long as you want to get the run around and no response from anyone for over 10 months.

Never buy anything from these guys. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and have no idea how to follow up with a customer. As you can see with other reviews on Google, when they receive a negative review, they claim they don't know you and move on. Do not buy things from here and go elsewhere.

My husband and I bought our tool shed from here. We love it. We are going to use the for fencing in our back yard. They are very informative about their products and I just like their personal knowledge and experience they have.

WE are so happy with the shed we bought from Garden Oaks Specialty. From beginning to end the whole process was a pleasure. This family owned business is one in a million. All of the people we dealt with knew their products and were very courteous. They did exactly what they promised. The 2 men that came to install our shed were great too! Very impressive. I recommend Garden Oaks to anyone looking for their products. You are in for a real deal and a very positive experience. Fair cost, fabulous people, fabulous products!

Have purchased three sheds between my new house and old house. They have always been helpful, honest and able to work with us for the best deal on the right shed. They also have everything from swing sets to ponds to chicken coops, they offer financing options and in the eight years since we bought our first shed it held up perfectly even with semi-frequent creek overflows that left the bottom 10 inches deep in water.

Beautiful sheds, strong and real wood materials. Exactly what we need. Great customer service, they answered all of our questions. Love it.

Very nice, helpful people and a very wide assortment of sheds, gazebos, etc have made this business a long-term success. Not the cheapest option, but I would not trust the cheapest option. They give very good advice and are very patient while you make up your mind.

Just had a shed delivered by garden oaks. It was a 10 x 16 dutch barn. They came out checked it out cause my area getting in was tight. They got it in one piece, leveled it and came out awesome. Way better then anything I could of got from a chain store. Highly recommend them, great price and service.

I bought a shed from here, there were a few issues but in the end they made right on fixing the problem!

For all your pond and garden needs. Frank the mgr is very knowledgable abt koi fish and pond plants. A real font of info! Good pricing.
