The entire process from the original estimate to the completion of the work was so fast and stress free. I first had PFC out to look at our yard for a quote on March 18th. They were patient when we asked for several quotes for different kinds of wood and vinyl fencing. We ultimately chose PFC because they were very easy to deal with, answered all of our questions, and they were patient with us while we asked for updated quotes.

They were also able to turn the work around very fast. They had a crew come on April 1st and finished the fence all within a day. There were no surprises on our final invoice and I would absolutely recommend them to someone else looking for fence work. In fact, one of our neighbors who was moving asked use for PFC's info so he could get an estimate for a fencing project on his new property.

Our fence is a would panel fence, from 2004. We have had others perform maintenance. However, Patriot fence did the work this time and our fence looks great. The replaces poles, missing slats, and some top covers on the panels. They even were even able to cut down the height on one side in the front of the house and it looks like it was always like that. Great craftsmanship, clean, friendly, and finishes in one day. Would highly recommend!

I called PFC yesterday afternoon, 10/08/21, at 3:00 PM to have some temporary fencing installed around our pool as we have a temporary pool cover and were concerned about our 4 dogs possibly falling through. They showed up at 9:00 AM today, 10/09/21. The fence was installed in about an hour. The guys then laid sandbags around the perimeter and fastened the sides with additional clamps.

The fact that they were able to come in in 18 hours the next day was outstanding and frankly unheard of. I couldn't recommend them any higher. If there were 10 starts available, I would have given them that grade. Call Jonathon and see how great Patriot Fence Crafters really are for yourself!

I'm so happy with the service I received from them from start to finish! From the very first phone call till the end cleanup of my yard, everything was smooth and fast. I was so impressed with the 3 installers. It was hot but they showed up a little early and worked non-stop till they were done. My fence is perfectly straight. It looks excellent. Jon and his crew are harding working and professional. We took our time and obtained quotes from a handful of fence contractors and decided to go with Patriot after meeting with Tito. We are very happy with our decision. The crew removed our old fence, and installed our new fence in less than 2 days, in temps ranging from 85-90 degrees! Shockingly rude, unprofessional and immature crew. They came for an estimate and never knocked on my door or rang my bell. They just texted then drove off. I tried to reschedule and they ignored my emails. I tried again and they acted like they had no idea who I was. I told them to just forget it and I was all set. Then a guy that works there. named 'Jon C' repeatedly harassed me by text and made up a bunch of bizarre lies about what had happened. Seriously, seek out a professional outfit and dont waste your time like I did. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Exceptional service and quality. We could not be more pleased with the professional service from start to finish. The fence was installed within a very short period of time at a very reasonable price. They may be good at fences but do not use them for decks. Once they come and install they never have manager come back at to look at problems they just don't care they already got their miney

Patriot Fence Crafters just finished a repair on my cedar fence and I couldn't be happier. The crew showed up when they said the would, were extremely knowledgeable in changing out four posts, and the results are perfect. They even tightened up a few other areas and straightened my gate. Patriot Fence came out and gave me a quote on fixing the fence. I called and sent three emails saying I would like to go ahead with the project, but they never got back to me. It is too bad as they seemed to have great recommendations online.

Average work, at best. That is. AFTER you can actually get them to show up. The work is sloppy. Wood is cracking. Gate doesn't close properly. From a distance everything looks fine. Up close - a pretty sad $6k job. Never again.

Patriot Fence Crafters was highly recommended by one of my friends. They were able to come in right away and the work they did was amazing I couldn't believe how well they fixed our fence. They made sure it looked perfect before they left. I still can't believe how good of a job they did on our white vinyl fence. It's all straight and in place now. The gates open perfectly too! I needed my ugly old chain link fence replaced and I knew there was only one company to call; Patriot Fence Crafters. Keith and his team were there for me every step of the way. They came right out and gave me what I thought was a very fair quote for the job. Once we came to an agreement on the actual fence I wanted, the job was done in one day when they said it would be.

They removed and hauled away that old ugly chain link fence and then very carefully installed a beautiful new white vinyl fence. My property now looks almost picture perfect and I owe it all to Patriot Fence Crafters. Circling back to cost for a moment, Keith stuck to his quote dollar for dollar. What's more, since the total cost of the job was over a certain dollar amount Keith also gave me 5% off coupon.

After setting up an appointment and taking half day off work, I waited for more than an hour and the rep from Patriot was a no show. When I called, the person I spoke with couldn't find the person who was supposed to meet me at my home. He told me that maybe he was stuck somewhere. Fine. How about a call to let me know that he was delayed or could not show up to our meeting?

Totally unprofessional. I will call a more reputable company who at least knows how to use a phone. Imagine these folks installing your fence and if there was a problem with installation they just ignore you. Buyer beware. Don't bother with this company. To them, you're not that important.

I used these guys to fence in my yard. It had an old chain link fence about 2,000 years old. They busted it up and hauled it away and in no time installed a new vinyl privacy fence. My yard look beautiful, and the fence is strong. It isn't cheap to have this done, but when you are ready, use these guys and you will be satisfied with their work. They also are very clean, and leave no waste or debris from the job on your property.
