Extremely rude and disrespectful employee. We have ordered from here many times but unfortunately we will not be using them any longer as some employees are extremely disrespectful. My wife stopped by and was upset at how unprofessional and rude the employee in the back was. The rest of the employees are great except this guys is just way to disrespectful

City Mirror & Glass installed a frameless shower door and some mirrors and glass shelves in our master bathroom. I can't say enough good things about them. Chris came out to measure right away and the order actually came in much quicker than we expected. Chris & Ryan came to install and were meticulous. Bonus: their price was more reasonable vs other local places.

I had a broken glass for my custom picture frame and they made a replacement quickly and reasonably priced. I initially gave the wrong dimensions and they did not charge me for a correction. I felt well treated and satisfied with the service. Support this local business!

Chris and his team did an excellent job from start to finish and went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. I highly recommend them for any shower glass installation.

I needed the hinges replaced on a glass shower door that had started making a cracking noise every time it opened. I reached out to two or three companies and Mark at City Mirror and Glass responded promptly, asked for pictures of the door and hinges, and gave me quotes based on replacing one or both hinges. A couple weeks later when he received the hinges, he scheduled a time for a couple guys to come out.

They replaced both hinges (turns out one had failed and the other was failing) and even replaced the squeegee strip at the bottom. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The team at City Mirror & Glass was professional, responsive, courteous, and they got the job done promptly. I cannot recommend them more highly. (As a side note, the guys showed up wearing masks, which I appreciated given we're in a bit of a gray zone of mask expectations given different people's vaccination status.)

I couldn't be happier with how good of a job he did and the overall experience was great. The quality of the work he did and how fast he got me in and out is well worth it! Great price as well!

One of our bathroom vanity mirror got chipped from an edge. went to city glass and mirror for advice- looking at the condition of mirror, the expert suggested us to get it cut and use it. I got my mirror done in less than 5 mins. my bathroom vanity more looks like new. thanks for your help

My parents' bedroom furniture lasted 50+ years because they put glass tops on their dresser and nightstands; so when I purchased my first bedroom set, I wanted to do the same thing. I obtained 3 estimates and selected City Mirror & Glass. I met Nora, first by telephone, to obtain the estimates. Since the dresser was a unique piece, I went to their facility in person to make sure we had measured the dresser correctly. Ramon took the time to review everything and made good recommendations prior to starting the job.

In less than a week the glass tops were ready and they fit perfectly. I am pleased with the workmanship as well as the customer service I received from start to finish. I would consider utilizing their services in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

I had some window work done in my condo. I was so happy with Henry who took the screen door for the slider, had it repaired and reinstalled on the same day. He likes to complete his work in a timely manner. He was great.

The business was friendly for a Small job of replacing a mirror. Would definitely use again.

I purchased a sheet of thick glass years ago from City Mirror and Glass to protect my desk top. But over the years I managed to chip two of the corners, which not only detracted from the appearance and but they also created a hazard for our grandkids who visit us frequently. So today I called City Mirror to see if they would be able to cut off two edges to remove the chipped corners.

They could and said I would have to leave it for a day and they would charge $5 per cut. This afternoon when I showed up they cut the glass while I waited, beveled the edges and gave me pads for the corners; all for no charge. With this customer service I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I was in need of a part for rv window and frankly some advice. I was sent there by another glass company who told me if city glass doesn't have it they will know where to get it and was my only hope locally. Went there on what was one of the hottest days of the year, I really didn't know what to expect. They gave me some options and while they did not have the exact part they gave me a substitute workable option and the ( i assume ) manager or owner even went into the 100+ degree attic to find it, while another younger employee looked up a supplier i could try online.

This customer serviced cant be faked you either have it or you don't, no matter how hot it is, unbelievably they wouldn't accept a dime! The manager just said remember us next time. This is my first time posting about any business I wish I got there names A big thank you boys and I advise anyone with glass related work to check them out. Great work and honest, fair prices. City Mirror & Glass replaced a window for an elderly relative at a reasonable cost after another company tried to price gouge her. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Anyone who has worked with City Mirror & Glass can attest to their high level of quality and reasonable prices. This is a local shop that has been run by the same family forever, and the dedication to making sure that everything is done correctly and in a timely manner shines through. I've used them on many occasions and for a wide variety of reasons (car windshield, table top, mirror replacements, arts and crafts projects) and they have always been very helpful and patient with my requests. Overall positive experience and I always recommend them to friends.

I took my convertible to a local dealership. They blamed some electrical problems on a possible leak in a new windshield that I had had replaced at City Mirror & Glass. A couple of the guys at City Mirror & Glass took almost an hour out of their day to show the windshield was not leaking. This involved removing the wipers and some other stuff under the hood.

They sprayed Glass cleaner over the seams and tested blowing through the glass with pressurized air. No leaks appeared. They were extremely professional and I was very pleased that they were able to show me in a convincing way that the windshield was not the problem. I probably still have a leak issue somewhere. However, I am very confident that the windshield is not the issue. I am also confident that City Mirror & Glass would have stood by their work if they found an issue.

Had the pleasure of doing business with City Mirror & Glass on several occasions and every time they remind me what it means to shop local. These guy are great, they call you back when they say they'll call back, they follow through when they say they will, and they show up when they say they'll show up. They are a stand up crew and I have no problem recommending them as "My glass guy".

New in the area, today I yelped local glass places and the reviews told me City Mirror & Glass is the place to go! I was kind of embarrassed to bring in my tiny piece of glass for trimming down so it would fit the silly cheapo end table it came with. But Mark was helpful, friendly, and kind. He came out to my car to get the table. We agreed on a plan and a totally fair price, and he said it would be ready tomorrow.

About 45 minutes later he called me to say it was all set! It's perfect now; I couldn't be happier. I do have occasions to get glass shelves cut and broken windows and doors fixed, and there's nowhere else I would go!

I had City Mirror fabricate a large glass tabletop. They sent someone out to measure within two days and had the piece done 3 days before promised. Product was just as requested, service was great. Would definitely use them again.

I have purchased glass tops for desks and other furniture from City Mirror and Glass twice now. The first time, they came out to measure and estimate 2 days after I called - the glass was cut perfectly and ready another 2 days later. More recently, I took a paper 'template' to them to custom cut for a small wooden table and they had it ready in 2 days again along with a custom rectangular mirror.

They provided all hardware for hanging the mirror and the plastic discs for table and desk tops. Very professional, excellent workmanship, always done quickly and correctly. This is the only place I will have custom glass cutting done now.

This is a 60 year old business run as it should - on service. I called City on Friday noon to inquire if they could cut 10 pieced of specialized safety glass found in the old-style garage doors. They quickly determined they had the glass, and could cut it to order. So I went ahead and ordered the glass figuring things would take a week or so. Well, I got a call later in the afternoon stating the job was done!

What was even better, they took the time to smooth the edges on what they cut, making installation so much more pleasant. With all the shlock box stores out there it's still nice to know folks like City still exist and pay attention to the details.

I sometimes have random art projects going on that involve glass or acrylic. I always feel like a jerk asking for small random cuts, but they always seem happy to do it. I really like this place, and it's nice saying that you have your own little glass place to go to in times of trouble. Thanks for being there for me, City Mirror & Glass. I owe you one.
