THIS IS THE ROOFING COMPANY TO HIRE! The facia of our home had a curved molding throughout and had to be removed and replaced with a straight facia in order to attach the gutters. As it turned out various parts of our home required 2 and 3 long wood heavy boards. The company sent out 3 teams and these hard working gentlemen did a PROFESSIONAL, PERFECT JOB. MY neighbors were so impressed, stating they observed this team working non stop. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, HARD WORKING. Left our property as they found it - CLEAN. Also important is that they're competitively priced.

Guys came in on time, had job done, then left invoice (very reasonable charge) in mailbox, that's it! More important: you can pay the bill online that has a chat bot! -- Actually, they install the gutters of my house years ago, and did multiple times of cleaning over the time, everything went smooth, plus now the online payment makes it even pleasant! I've had very good experience with these guys, and just want to let them know, and let everybody know!

Fantastic service. We hired them to clean our ducts, and couldn't be happier. Brett, our technician, went above and beyond. We have an older home with lots of ductwork, and a rabbit who _sheds_. Brett made sure to get every last hair, And then gave us some great suggestions for maintenance going forward. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Tried to book with them but was greeted by rude employees. Unhappy staff will result in poor work and customer service follow up after. I took my business elsewhere and would recommend the same if you asked me.

Truly horrendous business. They have disrupted a whole neighborhood, driving recklessly and aggressively every day. They constantly leave debris, trash, and bricks on the road, and speed through an otherwise quiet neighborhood with family and kids. Their large trucks always block the entire street, preventing traffic (and first responders) from passing.

I have no input on work or pricing, but they are miserable for the neighborhood that the business is located in. In response to the owners comment. That reply is exactly why I expressed my "frustrations" here. I've called your office many times and you all offer zero accountability or respect for residents. My hope is people will read the review and choose not to support the business.

I've lived here for a long time, and none of the other businesses you mention above are an issue to anyone. They all have their own parking for employees/customers. As you can see in this photo, we're frequently unable to drive down the road due to Gutter King blockages. You have junk vehicles that don't run parked everywhere, and have obviously outgrown the space but continue to occupy the area.

Regarding the bricks - those came from a pile next to the fence on the corner property. One of your employees wanted to park a bit closer to the fence so he tossed the pile onto the road. I have great footage of it on my ring camera. It's easy to notice a theme here of you lashing out at or discrediting anyone who doesn't leave a positive review. Many of my neighbors are fed up as well. Shape up or ship out

We purchased rain gutter for our new home from Gutter Kings. They were quick to send over an estimator who showed us several options that none of the other companies had to offer. We choice a product that came with an excellent warranty. They are well established and we used them on our previous home for gutter cleaning, something we won't have to worry about with our new gutters because of the cover option we purchased as well. The gutters look great on our home and they are installed gutters across the street as I type this review. We highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great job guys!

Last summer we had our gutters replaced, we also needed some kind of cover to keep the leaves out. Their estimator Wayne suggested gutters with the "King Cover" there's a clog free guarantee and I can call anytime if there's ever an issue. I feel it was one of the best decisions we've made for the house. I look out my second story window and I'm happy to see leaves blowing right off the roof instead of clogging the downspouts They're quick and professional with a great product. Highly recommended

Our house gets lots of leaves in the gutters that need to get cleaned twice at least year. I'm so happy I signed up for a service contract. It used to be such a hassle calling around to get someone out to clean the gutters. The guys are quick and friendly. Great service! Also the discount for the second cleaning is nice too.

I would like to say that New England Gutter Kings has met end exceeded my expectations. First off i would like to say the professionalism from the Sales staff, office staff and the gutter technicians were superb. I had 5 gutter installed with the KING COVER over a month ago. The Install crew was so polite and professional. I waited to give a review because i wanted to see the gutters in action. So far so good. I have no complaints. I would recommend Gutter Kings to anyone who's looking for gutter work.

We moved into our new place a few years back, and noticed that the water wasn't running off of our house as much as pouring onto our heads, so that's when I took a look into my gutter and noticed leaves, dirt and bits of gravel clogging it up. I called Gutter Kings for an estimate, they gave me an affordable price and I scheduled them to come by. The day of the cleaning comes, I come home and the guys were almost done!

I purchased a leaf-spring mechanism (for blocking leaves from entering the down-spout) from them as well, paid $10 in a check and they were on their way! I would recommend this place any time you need a cleaning!

Needed entire gutter system replaced (old house, gutters 30+ years old and having water damage), got quotes from 3-4 different companies, opted for the Gutter Kings because I appreciated How thoughtful cliff was (who came out to assess and diagram the project). He was thorough, offered up a variety of possibilities of what would work best, provided a reasonable estimate, wasn't pushy so that was appreciated as well.

Fast forward some months, we arranged for the crew to return to do the work. They arrived on time, were efficient, polite and by all accounts, did the job nicely. (Of course, we haven't had any rain SINCE the gutters have been put in, but by all accounts it looks all good.) Then, after the crew left I had some further questions and emailed the gutter kings and Keith responded with a very thoughtful, detailed and attentive email that eased my mind. I really appreciated his time to address my concerns which, again, made me feel good. I'd recommend the Kings to anybody considering having gutter work performed.

I went on a website that said it would recommend different gutter people for a free estimate and they were the first ones to call me right away. I set my appointment and they came on time to do estimate and were very nice. I told them what I wanted and they said they would call me back to set up a time to do the job. They never called back. Waited a week and a half before calling them. They apologized and made a date to do work. They came on time and did a great job. The gutter looks good.

They did end up coming out and redoing the job within a week or two, sending a very professional person who did it right and got my gutters clean again

This is not a trustworthy company, I feel like they played me for a fool. They were a bit more expensive, but the salesperson assured me they have a very good warranty. It turns out that during the installation they failed to put any chaulking to prevent water from going behind the gutter. At the time I mentioned that water seemed to be going behind the gutter, but they said everything was installed fine and went away.

Fast forward some years( within the warranty 7-10years) and the wood behind the gutter is rotting away due to this improper installation. They are denying any responsibility and refuse to do anything to help remedy the situation. Don't pay more for this company because you think they have a good warranty, because they will not actually stand behind it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great Service / Honest advice We've used Gutter Kings for years. They are always prompt. Their people have always been professional. And their advice is honest. Recently I asked them to come out and talk to me about heat strips to prevent ice dams. They were there at the promised time. We discussed the issue and he explained why it wouldn't solve our problem.

He could have easily sold me a multi-thousand dollar product but instead gave honest advice. I was baffled by the negative yelp reviews and wanted to share my experience as a very satisfied customer.

Do a little research on these guys. Called weeks ago for an estimate on placing gutters on a new home. Was told no one needed to be there. no problem. we will call you. Just called to ask the status and was told I needed to schedule someone to be there. Plenty other people out there who will show up and call back

Called to get a gutter repaired because like most, they seemed pretty professional. Long story short of back and forth phone calls, 10 months later my gutter is leaking in the spot that was "fixed". No return calls and when I did get someone, they were very defensive. Steer clear if you want quality work and good communication with good customer service because you won't find any here.

Used NE Gutter Kings a few years ago and they used a faulty technique for connecting gutters. They came out and admitted that they should not used that technique because it consistently fails. On the day we scheduled for them to come out to repair work, they abruptly canceled and hung up on me. I would save yourself aggravation and money, and deal with another gutter company. Could not be more disappointed with this experience.

New England gutter kings did a Great job. The estimator was very honest very professional. They kept me posted on when they would be out here and arrived on time. The installation crew was very professional and was up front about an additional charge I would need due to a situation I knew could have been a problem. It looks great and I would recommend them

I am sharing a copy of the email I sent to this fraudulent company: New England Gutter Kings- Subject: Personal property damages Keith, Mike, We are sending this notification to inform you that neither you nor any of your associates shall be allowed on our property. We made it clear in a previous phone call to your offices and an email to Keith McMahon that your people are not to come over here on a rainy day. Still, they came over but were not able to do the work because of the pouring rain, however they walked over several plants leaving their footprints all over them and pulled our own garden hose from the driveway all the way to the backyards pulling along several other plants!

Should you ever trespass, we will press charges against New England Gutter Kings and against any and all of your crew members personally. Pictures attached to this email show: - Plants that were totally damaged by your negligent crew. - Gutters that are still filled with leaves This notification is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

We hereby expressly reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal action against all involved parties. Sharing a few of the images taken by a disinterested third party we hired the following day that show beyond any doubt that the gutters this company claimed they cleaned are filled with leaves; and sharing pictures of some of the plants they took liberty to walk all over!

New England Gutter Kings were explicitly instructed via more than two emails and phone call NOT to come on our property or make an attempt to do the work on a rainy day- they came out when it was pouring and hence could not get the work done and ended up causing significant damage to the landscape in our front and back yards. Still, they tried to defraud us claiming they did the work! We have in our possession a solid file that would allow us to go after this company.

After several issues in the recent past I can't recommend this company anymore. They used to be on time, complete the work requested and that just isn't the case currently. Unfortunately we had some issues with being told work was done when it wasn't. The manager tried to fix it but the quality just isn't there anymore.

From take down to assembly this crew knew their stuff! You pay a little more but expect the best with this company! My new gutters are amazing. They came right out with their van and showed me samples of all the products available. My whole house was done perfectly in a day. I would highly recommend you use them for your next project!

This truck was in front of me in Newton Center on June 13, 2018 (today). I had the pleasure of driving for quite some time behind these guys who smoked weed in the truck which infiltrated my vehicle. I watched the guy prepare his joint and commence smoking it in the passenger seat while the other guy drove. I would never hire anyone who has to come to my property and stand on ladders while they are impaired. This doesn't reflect well on this business. They are free to do whatever they want in their free time, but hiring people who do this during a work day speaks volumes.

We hired this company to install new gutters on our home. Salesman took the time to answer all the questions and showed us their products. The guys that came out to put up the gutters quickly with not much problem or fuss. Overall it was a very good experience

I have a colonial house with a family room extension. I was home and watched two guys arrive at my house in a snow storm and clean the family room gutters only. They were here for all of 20 minutes and ran to grab the check off the door before I realized they were leaving. I called the office and understood if they were leaving because of weather but strange they took the check.

I was assured they would return within a couple of business days to actually clean the rest of the house but no one has come back. AND, they tried to cash the check but luckily I put a stop to it. They are not a good company to deal with and I would stay away! Not worth the hassle

Customer service is first class. Did a great job removing old gutters, cleaned up nice.

This business is a sham, and they'll damage your home. The first time they came, they tore down screens from our gutters and left them sitting in the middle of our deck. They didn't leave any notes about the condition of the gutters or work needed (as indicated on their checklist), and there was no evidence that they had actually cleaned the gutters.

When we asked for them to come back and make sure that the job was in fact complete and reinstall the screens, they once again didn't leave notes and left the screens hanging off our roof. Upon calling then to discuss the matter, I was threatened with "credit damage" if I didn't pay the bill. I followed up with them again and spoke to someone who seemed reasonable, but didn't follow up with me, and sure enough, the account was sent to collections.

Following up again, I spoke with the same "reasonable" man, who had become completely unresponsive. We're now stuck with a bill for Gutter Kings' shoddy work, and a second bill to fix the damage they caused.
