The service was great everyone was helpful in getting what I needed.

The worker on the phone was very rude, short and was not helpful in answering questions about products. We asked if they carried a certain item, the demeanor was off-putting, like "of course we have that" When asked an approximate price for the item over the phone the worker said " I have no idea" in a very rude tone. isn't it your job to know the prices of your products being sold and if you don't know, shouldn't you go find out? He sounded like he would have rather been anywhere but there. Not good customer service.

I have never shopped there and was VERY surprised at how big of selection they had of house hardwares. great personal service.

Whole new store since I was there over a year ago.much more geared for DIY and contractor's. I think you will like it!

This place is just too convenient! I really loath going to Wenatchee and going to Home Depot. I'd rather pay 3 dollars more and buy from this place. Helpful staff, very knowledgeable and they do have almost everything there!

It is so nice to go to a local hardware store. It's big enough to have most items you need for your home projects. Staff is always willing to help

As a local, I try to support local businesses as much as I can, rather than driving to Wenatchee and wasting money at corporate Walmart. Even when the price is some times nearly double. Yesterday I went to Marsons to grab some potting soil, which will probably be the last time I ever support them due to their lack of customer service. There was one cashier working the register, making keys.

I was second in line, holding my 2 year old child, with an older man behind me. Another employee sees the line, recognizes the man behind me, and calls him up by name to the counter to help him find some screws for a project, completely ignoring me as he helped usher his friend to the counter.

Great local hardware store with amazing retail staff, always ready to help with a smile!

AMAZING REMODEL! Always has had great lumber selection and prices which are superior to box stores. Now they have a nice selection of high quality tools and hardware is improved, too. They have packed a lot of great stuff into this small town store.
