Called multiple times, left messages and emails, no response. When I did finally get ahold of someone she gave me some information but said someone would call me back the following week. That was 7 weeks ago and still no call back! I can't comment on there work but there customer service needs help. Changed from 1 to 4 stars: Did end up meeting with Andrew from there. knowledgeable, honest, and answered all our questions.
I still have not seen there work so I will not give more than 4 stars. Talking to other builders and looking online, Knutson seem to be at the high end of building cost from what we discussed, but again without seeing there quality of work and going through there entire process I can't say if they are worth the higher cost or not. What I will say is there customer service was greatly improved as they reached out to us.
