Seems like I am sharing the same frustration as most reviewers. Ordered material through Home Depot beginning of October and they said it would take 2-3 weeks to get here. I called Home Depot and they informed it would take an additional 2-3 weeks. Material is delivered two weeks later. I am missing 11 boxes of Cap A Tread. This is ridiculous.

Ordered overlay to cover stairs for plank flooring on Sept 12, 2020 and its now Dec 5, 2020 and still no stairs. I cant even get anyone on the phone to give me an estimate or explanation. Home Depot is no help at all and I will NEVER buy from either place again. Lowes and Menards here I come! If I could give zero stars I would. I'm done! This company is a joke and Home Depot should rethink their partnership with them.

Ordered material for a job two weeks ago. Called this past Monday (November 18th) about my order status and was told it would ship Tuesday the 19th. Waited all day Tuesday and no shipment. Called Wednesday the 20th to see what the issue was. I was told it would ship Friday and no explanation of the reason something they told me was ready to ship did not.
It's Friday, November 22nd and guess what.no shipment and no explanation why. They are saying it will ship Monday now but take that as another BS answer from a horrible company to deal with. Home Depot uses them for a reason that I cannot fathom since they are usually really good at Customer service and timeliness of delivery. Do yourself a favor and skip ordering from Zamia.

I ordered my laminate flooring, reducers and quarter round from Home on July 14th. While the flooring was shipped pretty promptly, waiting on the other items has been a nightmare. According to the information online, I was to receive all items by July 24th. I received the flooring before that date; however, all other items did not arrive around that date.
When I contacted HD, I was told it was out of stock and that everything would be back in stock on August 2nd. I was advised that I could cancel my order and place a new order once items were back it stock so I did that. August 2nd came around and the items were back in stock so I placed a new order. Items were to arrive August 12th; however, that never happened.
I have been in contact with HD via text and phone weekly to get more information, but still nothing. According to the customer service representative I spoke to on August 16th, the items were getting ready to be shipped directly from Zamma. My card has a pending charge from the 22th for the order; however, items still haven't been shipped and it is now August 28th.
It's beyond ridiculous that my floor was completed a month and a half ago and I can't finish the job because I need the reducers to match the floor. Had I known this was going to happen, I would not have bought this floor from HD.

Zero stars if I could! This company is awful, they lie, are decietful, and unprofessional. Was told several times my order would ship "tomorrow". All lies. Thanks for making moving into a new home more stressful with the constant lies, now my house isn't finished and I ordered it May 28! Home Depot needs to drop this vendor like yesterday, please I urge everyone who has had a problem to tell Home Depot to stop using them because its making them look bad when Zamma Corp is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Also, not sure how you have over 100 pieces of what I need to all of a sudden being "backordered" 2 days after I was promised it would ship! Bottom line they're the worst, don't use them, I wish they would close so no one has to experience this again, nothing but stress and headaches.

I should have read the reviews before ordering this product. The concept is great and I'm sure they've got a great product however the management of this company is terrible. I ordered my stairs back at the end of Dec 2019 and it is now February 19th and no stairs. The standard answer is "1 week". I canceled my order since I can't keep waiting and will now have to figure out a different solution.
Word of advise to this company if you read Google reviews. Management needs to change or you will be filing bankruptcy in very short order after you lose Home Depot as your major customer.

We ordered some material (stairs) from Home Depot in Poway, CA on May 24, 2018. They apparently contracted with Zamma for purchase and shipping to the Poway store. The items arrived mid July. Since a few items were damaged (at Home Depot) they reordered replacements for those items on August 4th. Scheduled delivery was set for August 11th. It is now August 22nd and my contractor is still waiting for the items. Home Depot advises that Zimma has set a delivery date for August 28th. If there is any way you can ask Home Depot to order items from another source please do so.
