Don't hesitate to buy from them! These are not "cheap" cabinets. We have installed them in numerous homes and they are of great quality. The prices are fantastic and customer service is equally as awesome. Ask for Donna if you need help with designs and want great customer service. She is fantastic!

I was very concerned about rta cabinets, and also afraid of spending this much money with a company thru the internet. I talked to many companies that sold rta cabinets and even drove to Kansas City to check out the Cabinet Giant. They are in an industrial park with a very large building full of rta cabinets. It is a real viable business. I contacted a designer and she had our kitchen layout and quoted in an a day or two.

We decided to pick them up and save the shipping charge. This was an easy process they had our order ready to go and loaded it up in our trailer and away we went. We did have a few nicks and dings we found as we opened the boxes but nothing serious. We had to ask for a couple of replacment doors and they gladly replaced them, in my experience cabinet giant was truly concerned about our satisfaction. Assembly was easy and the videos/ intstructions on line to be very helpful.

I found that by losening the clips slightly the process was much easier. The quality of the cabinets is impressive, much better than the cabinets that have been in our home for 20 years. The kitchen is amazing and we are very happy with the service and quality from Cabinet Giant.

Great company to order from. Fantastic pricing. Fantastic customer service. Quality products. We ordered an RTA cabinet that we use for storage that we love.

BUYER BEWARE! Worst customer service I have seen in years. I have ordered cabinets for a kitchen project from Cabinet Giant on 11/17/16. Sales rep (Jen) have stated that the order will be delivered on 11/23/16, a day before Thanksgiving. I agreed to proceed. On 11/22/16 I received an email with tracking stating that the package was just picked up from Cabinet Giant on 11/22/16, and is scheduled to be delivered on 11/30/16, a week after the initially confirmed delivery date.

I have contacted the sales rep, in hopes to find a soulution. Instead I received rude replies with the only remedy being a cancellation of the order. Wishing to escalate the matter I asked for a manager. Josh (manager) was not willing to rectify the problem. In fact he was even more abrasive and rude than the sales person. The entire conversation with Josh consisted of him praising his sales rep, and not looking for a manageable solution.

I have asked several times what his proposition is, and the only reply I received was to cancel the order. I explained that I am not ready to make that decision, and that I will contact him at a later time. Considering I have already been waiting for a week to get the cabinets it is understandable that more time was needed to make that decision. Ten minutes later I received a voice mail from Josh that he made the decision to cancel the order. Essentially, Cabinet Giant staff held my money for a week, failed to ship on time, and ultimately cancelled the order without consulting with me, resulting in substantial disruption of our workflow.

The level of unprofessionalism is striking. Proper management strategy is to deescalate the problem. Josh chose to do exactly the opposite. Company that treats clients in this manner should not have a satisfactory rating.

I hope nobody ever have to deal with the shipping department. I am yet to receive my cabinets that I ordered and says shipped and I am experiencing nightmare trying to track them. Josh the manager as he says is very rude and has zero customer service. I will review the cabinets once I receive them but I can tell you that dealing with the cabinets giant so far has been a nightmare. Please avoid the shipping department at all cost.

Purchased four cabinets to expand our kitchen and had a hard time finding good solid oak door cabinets. Our current kitchen is from 1997 and I was going to gel stain everything anyways. So found Cabinet Giant and ordered an almost exact match-- sadly had to scuff up their oak finish so I could gel stain but the end result was a near perfect match!

The wood grain/quality is exactly what I needed-- in fact the shelves are much better built than my originals. I am so glad I was able to get these-- saved me several thousands in replacing the kitchen entirely! I'm about to place another order for laundry room cabinets-- they carry all the trim pieces so its easy to get everything you need!

Our carpenter installed high end kitchen cabinetry for years in Baltimore and was very skeptical at first. He tried to talk me out of them but I stuck to my guns. He had them assembled in no time and installation was a snap compared to the heavy particle board cabinets he thought they would be for the price. His back thanks me! I went with the Vintage White and they aren't white but I still LOVE them. Needless to say, the carpenter is very impressed with the quality and they compare nicely with the cabinets he's used to installing, at triple the price, I might add.
