Good experience with Fire Finesse. Ashley was our salesperson and answered all our questions and worked with us to make sure we got the options we wanted on our gas insert. Installation generally went smoothly - the only issue was the plumber Fire Finesse recommended to run the gas line "forgot" to pull the permit so we had to get another plumber lined up to complete the work. However, Fire Finesse was great about rescheduling until after the gas and electrical work was done. I would go back again.

I can't say enough about the customer service Ellen provided us with, when we were having an issue with our insert. She spent time giving us suggestions on what to try to get it working. When nothing worked, she actually stopped by our house on her way home from work to take a look at it for us. Of course she worked her magic and voila we had fire! Ellen is a wonderful example of putting the customer first, and we are extremely grateful to her.

After a horrible experience with a local, well known wood stove store, we decided to take a 45 minute drive to Fire Finesse. They were friendly and knowledgeable. After one delay due to snow, they gave us another installation date and then, because another storm was coming, , they called to move it earlier. The guys that came were very efficient and professional and were very personable. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Fire Finesse was less than ideal. We purchased a floor model pellet stove about 8 weeks ago. When we made the purchase we understood that this was a floor model and that the business was most likely swamped due to COVID-19. As a result we understood that the installation would not be immediate (even though the unit was on hand in the showroom).
This is where our experience began to deteriorate. The unit was supposed to be installed mid October, but we received a call from the company about 4 weeks ago stating that since it's a floor model they have to check the unit, order parts and tighten few bolts so when installed it will be in good order. As a result, installation would be delayed so that it could be properly inspected and a new date was set to November 20.
The day prior to our new install date, we received a call from the owner "warning" us that the unit would be delivered with an issue with the door (it doesn't close properly or fully). This was news to us. Why would we be informed the day before delivery that the door was faulty? Why was this not told to us when we bought the unit, yes it was a floor model, but the information was not given to us about the door? Additionally, as the owner of the store, why would it in any way be acceptable to deliver a unit that was faulty.
With this being a unit that is supposed to heat a home, the safety of having that unit is very blatantly wrong. Where the experience deteriorated even more, is when the owner insisted that we knew the door was faulty when we purchased the unit. I can assure you we did not. Three of us saw the unit in the showroom and all three were sure that it functioned properly and no note of this was made when we were showed the unit by staff.
Why in the world would we purchase fire burning device that had a faulty door (floor unit or not)?! I understand that COVID has put a strain on local businesses. However this seems like poor customer service all around. We returned the unit and will be looking elsewhere, and recommend you do the same.

Absolutely love the job they did. Very professional work, knowledgeable staff. I went to at least 3 other places before picking fire finesse. They care about the work they do and it shows. I had my insert installed at the end of 2017. The came out the following year cleaned the chimney and stove for a very reasonable price. I will be ordering a pellet stove next year and I will be getting it with them. I Highly recommend to give them your business. You won't be disappointed.

Found the perfect solution to a fireplace log insert previously installed by a competitor who measured incorrectly and refused to resolve it. Fire Finesse staff responded to inquiries expeditiously and showed up when they said they would, important for anyone, let alone esp. anyone having to interrupt a work day to be there. Fire Finesse offers an extensive product line and their employees know their stuff or will get answers without leading you astray.

When I cracked the glass in the door of my wood stove, I was referred to Fire Finesse from a suggestion from someone on FB. Thank goodness others have gone here and sent me here! Jessica took the time to go through all options with me, even called around places to check part numbers and find the glass for me. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and continued to assist me even after I forgot to get the glass gasket. I'll certainly be going back there for all my wood stove needs and gaskets.
They also have a showroom that features wood stoves, gas inserts, hot tubs, and more! If you are in the market for any of these things, or even if you hadn't thought of it, stop in there soon and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had someone (Frankie) come out from Fire Finesse to clean my gas logs. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He even went above and beyond to clean my glass doors which were pretty bad. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be calling them again next year. When I called to make the appointment they were very courtesy and he arrived when they said he would. My next door neighbor had him clean hers the same day and her feelings were the same.

Stove insert is great. The staff that works in the shop, also great! The owner of Fire Finesse however, not so great. Never returned my phone calls or emails after installation with regards to what had happened to my existing fireplace topper and the old gas insert that I'd had. Kevin had specifically told me to keep them both if I decided to move and wanted to take the new unit with me, I'd have the old ones to put back in the fireplace.
A simple apology or some explanation of what had happened would have been sufficient. I spent weeks trying to see what had happened to them, zero response. Seemed a little sketchy.good luck.

We found this company on the internet. We went to their place of business and they were wonderful. We were looking for fireplace glass doors and screen for our recently installed gas log. We had to have the doors custom made because we have an arched fireplace. Kevin, the owner of the company, came out to our house, took measurements and made a diagram of our fireplace(because every arch is different) and said we'd have our glass doors in 6 - 8 weeks. Chris came out last week and installed our custom made doors. The fit exactly and look wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them for service on our gas log. Thank you for the excellent job Fire Finesse.

One thing I find difficult with these ratings is most people tend to only write something if they are upset. Well I'm taking the time to add my good review. I have purchased 3 gas fireplaces from Fire Finesse. Yes Brenda is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She knows her stuff. Kevin and his installers are great! If I ever have a problem and can't talk to them directly I receive a call back in a timely manner.
I needed 2 of my fireplaces installed quickly and they made it work. Their customer service is excellent. Not only would I recommend them, I have. Multiple times! They are a great local business that I have been more than happy to work with. Great people, great service!

Terrible customer service. Don't know how they have two five star reviews, because I found this business very difficult to work with. They couldn't answer simple questions about my order, incorrect items were delivered, and it took forever to get proper replacements. I do not recommend this business.

I purchased a pellet insert from Fire Finesse. Brenda was extremely knowledgable about the unit and was very helpful with making sure I bought the right stove for my needs! Installation was quick and easy! Kevin stayed to make sure I knew how everything worked and showed me how to do my own weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance. I had one minor issue with the stove since I've owned it.
Only took one phone call and two days the stove was fixed! I will be looking for another stove for an addition on my house in the near future! Fire Finesse will definitely get my repeat business!

We purchased a very nice soapstone fireplace in December. Brenda was extremely knowledgeable about the products and provided good customer service. However, installation did not go so smoothly. The soapstone on the wood stove was damaged on both sides and the top during installation. The installer took pictures and assured us they would repair it.
Several calls later the owner came out to look and again promised it would be repaired. It has been six weeks since the wood stove was installed (and damaged) and we still haven't heard back from anyone. It seems once they have your money the customer service ends there.
