For 30 years Wheeler Zamaroni has been providing Northern California and the South Bay with high quality landscape and building materials and custom fabricated stone. From humble beginnings in 1981, we have grown to be one of the largest landscape and building materials suppliers in Sonoma County. Louie Zamaroni began working at the family quarry in 1976.
For over 25 years Wheeler Zamaroni has been providing Sonoma, Napa, Marin, San Francisco and other regions of Northern California and the South Bay with high quality landscape and building materials and custom fabricated stone. Beginning as a small rock quarry in 1981, we have grown to be one of the largest landscape material suppliers and quarry in Sonoma County with over 35 employees.

Our professional staff can assist you in selecting the right aggregate for your project, and provide helpful assistance to arrange delivery or calculate the quantities you'll need.

Their forest mulch is of very inconsistent quality. I usually order at least three 15 yard loads of forest mulch per year. The sample in the office shows a fairly fine mulch consisting order of small pieces of shredded plant and tree material. In the last year I've received two loads that were of poor quality, full of large chunks of wood and debris. I would suggest that anyone wanting to order soil or mulch products from WZ actually inspect the material before you order. I won't be ordering from them in the future.

The staff was really knowledgeable and walked my wife and i through the whole process of installing a natural stone patio in our new house in Rohnert Park. we even put in a nice little veggie garden with their soil for the little ones. a great experience, fun project and saved a ton in contractor costs. we'll be back

I use WZ because they are close to my home, they have a huge selection, and the drive with a loaded trailer is fairly quick and easy. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I wish that they would use a scale to charge you for materials instead of relying on the number of yards that you order, I feel that the measurements for the materials are inconsistent and never works in the favor of the consumer.

This place is fantastic! I was doing a fairly large landscaping project. I needed to buy Flagstone, Stone Veneer, Soil and ready-mix concrete. These guys had everything. They even fabricated a beautiful stone fireplace surround for me. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time trouble of going elsewhere.
