Used the Non Sag Sealant for the first time in warm climate. By far the worst sealant for the money. I could barely get the sealant to come out of the tube. I thought the tube applicator was going to explode bc I was squeezing so hard. $8-$9 a tube and not worth a dollar. I like to try new products and this was my first purchase and my last. 2 tubes purchased and both tubes I had to cut open to use and do by hand. Product doesn't do anything that it's supposed to do. Sorry. 10.1 once tube.

My company, Irish Construction, has been using this product for roughly a year. It goes on very smooth and looks nearly perfect. The only thing is that it cannot handle Midwestern winters. The photo I've attached is just a few months after fresh application, and going through the winter. I highly advise using caution with this company.
