We interviewed a couple of different agents, and chose to go with Alex Chow. Alex worked with my 80+ year old parents, patiently guiding them through the process. He never got pushy or tried to speed them up even though we lagged behind at times, but instead supported them and helped get it sold for a great price.

My agent was Alex Ho. I decided to choose him as my listing agent because I saw he had experience working with the management of my mobile home park. The sale took longer due to the management of my park but Alex was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Communication was never a problem and he is super professional. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future when I am ready to buy a home

It was a pleasure working with Alexander Ho the quality of his service was outstanding. Within a few days of speaking with him, he had a sign in front of the property and was ready to schedule walkthroughs. He is very polite and would always call ahead for walkthroughs, making sure to work around our availability. We were surprised to be able to contact him at odd hours of the day regarding our questions and concerns.

He was always professional and ready to talk. There was never any pressure or rush to make a decision. During the listing process we changed our offer window multiple times and Alex was very flexible with accommodating. Alex's rates were fair and honest. We were very happy with the level of transparency Alex provided and that there were no hidden costs throughout the selling process.

Even after closing, Alex still provides us with support, such as arranging with the new owners to have mail forwarded. This is very surprising compared to other agents who "disappear" after they take their cut. If we were selling a home in the area again, we would definitely go with Alex!

I bought a new mobile home in replacement of an old one. Tran was the agent I dealt with and he was very responsive and patient. My dad had a lot of demands and options he wanted for the house in which tran did help with to his best of his abilities. I bought this house during covid so communication was hard between the agents and customers since we had to stay apart.

I felt like tran could have helped us understand the house materials a bit more by going over what's actually on the material sheet to make sure we are comfortable with it. He handed us the list and was like here ya go, let me know if you have any questions. Being handed a list with a bunch of catalog numbers is basically foreign to you if you're a first time buyer. Anyways after we got the house, we had problems after problems.

Now alliance might have very nice looking homes but the quality isnt there. After tran handed me the keys, he pretty much disappeared. No check up or anything to make sure the house was good. And mind you, the house we got was not completed. There were so many things that were still unfinished. But never did tran call or check up to make sure all the parts and pieces were okay.

I had to call the warranty team to fix my toilet seal since it was flooding and leaking during my 2nd month of getting a brand new house. They came out and fixed it but there was water residue everywhere in the house. Water leakage isnt healthy for wood or a house. Like I said, quality isnt there, there are cracks all over the place and damage to the house that shows it wasnt handled properly.

I reached out to tran couple of times to request for more items like the laminate floor. I asked if I could buy some from him since he has the model number and everything. He told me he'll check and no response. I then need paint to touch up the walls from cracks, I ask him if he has any. He told me he'll check and then didnt respond until I have to reach out again to ask.

Even better, he didnt give us the full paint catalog to even buy the paint so I ended up buying the paint, painting the cracks and finding out that the paint dont match. Overall, House might look nice but as you live in it, you will notice so many small problems with the house. Tough to say too but seems like after the house process is done, you're on your own. Attached is a picture of our conversation about the floors I asked for and he never got back to me. Good luck to those who goes with Alliance.

N August of 2020, we began looking at new manufactured homes to replace the older 1972 home we had purchased in Spring Lakes Park, Scotts Valley, CA. For the first month we simply searched online and looked at floor plans we were interested in and that would fit our lot. We contacted several resellers, but Alex really stood out. We felt comfortable, because he listened to our concerns.

He remained flexible throughout the process, and was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. As our new home buying experience continued, his knowledge of the manufactured home industry proved invaluable. Although Alliance Manufactured Homes office was 40 minutes away, we never felt Alex was further away than a phone call to answer and assist us in achieving our goals. My friend referred Alexander Ho to help us get our New Home, He was more than helpful in finding us a home, He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! It was our first experience to deal with Alliance Manufactured Homes overall and with Marc Blumthal in particular. He is our sale, design, coordinating person from start to finish installing a brand new home that exceeded our expectations. We had a mobile home that was built in 1975. It was starting to get leaks in the roof, it needed a new kitchen, and many other things. We went to Alliance model homes on Monterey Highway and met Alex. He was amazing from the first day! He explained everything to us and took a lot of time with us. We even went to another mobile home show room and we were so disappointed with the agents.

No one helped us or even showed us their models like Alex did. We decided to get a home from Alliance because of Alex. Alex walked us through all of the steps from the first day until the last day. He would call, email and text us to let us know what was happening and just to check in with us. He listened to what we wanted, and he was even able to have bookshelves and a mantle designed and put into our home, which is something this model has never had done before. Alex was able to answer every question we had, and he even drew our attention to things I would have never thought of. Alex went above and beyond our expectations and I would tell anyone who was looking to Upgrade or Trade In their mobile home to go through Alex.

You will not be disappointed! Our home was ready in the time we were given and the walk through with the warranty team and Alex was great! They had a list of things they were going to touch up, things I would never have seen. A few of my favorite features in the house is our mantle and bookshelves over the fireplace, the farmhouse sink and our shower head.

I would tell my family, neighbors or anyone else thinking about getting an Upgrade to do it. It was the best decision we have ever done, and to definitely have Alex as your agent.

Hello all, first time buyer here, and I am typing this review in the comfort of my new home with many thanks Alexander Ho! I was apprehensive, undecisive, and even fearful of not having enough qualifications. I've spent many months looking, snooping and browsing but never had the courage to seek an agent, until one day the stars aligned and got referred by a family friend who recently closed with Alex.

With hundreds of questions like an endless bottom of the deepest bering sea, I asked Alex questions at any given hour, and I received a thorough well written answer with haste. I have told Alex about my living conditions, from couch surfing, studio's, and rentals in San Jose over a decade. All that "rental" money "gone, " and quite frankly I am sick of not being able to have any monetary retention just sucks. I'm a little late on my review, but life can be hectic, especially when you've just purchased your first home! Michelle Quintong helped us navigate the waters on our first home purchase through the craze of the pandemic and the holiday season. My boyfriend and I had a few issues with previous realtors/real estate agents essentially "ghosting" us when we tried finding help purchasing a manufactured home and crossing paths with Michelle was a God send.

She helped us understand the differences between loans and was quick to address any questions we had. She was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way and made herself available with my busy work and school schedule. We would not be in our perfect home without her.

We have been working with Alex Ho for a while now as our buyer's agent and he's provided us with amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Moreover, Alex was very involved before, during, and even after purchasing our home. He went above my expectations and offered help whenever he could due to my demeaning full time job. Alex was patient with us during the entire process and made us feel comfortable in our decisions.

Happy to buy my first home through Alex Ho and Alliance Manufactured Homes. Alex is the agent everyone needs to ask for, he is polite/informative and always on time for appointments. He will take texts/calls at all times of the day and get back to you promptly. I am glad I met him on a random open house after my previous realtor had not helped me get a home that my wife and I wanted from a bid war.

He showed me a "brand new" home that was "not" on the market and even gave me a promotional discount on top of it. Marc Blumthal help my family with the purchase of our mobilehome. He was very considerate, thoughtful, and patience throughout the process. Since it our first home, there were many things that I didn't know, but don't worry. Marc will take time and tell you honestly what to expect when purchasing a mobilehome as well as explaining things in detail.

He have fast response time and sometime even respond late at night when I am available. Which is a great thing for people who have a busy schedule. As for the rest of the Alliance team, all 3 times I was there they were friendly and considerate. From the reception desk to other agents, they will greet you with a smile, offer you drink, and ask if you been helped when waiting at the sofa area even after entering and sat down pass the reception area.

They also have their loan specialist which help with financing our home. I worked with Laura and the experience was great. If in doubt ask Marc about the loans and he will brief you about it, which will make the process faster. Conclusion, I would recommend to find your next agent here or better than that look for Marc.
