Fantastic customer service skills. We will be back here for sure. So have been back several times for chainsaw chain sharpening. Great people, fantastic service.

I have bought and rented equipment from Altra for many years. But I had to lower my rating this time because they took too long to repair my chain saws. I was told one week but ifrhey didn't have parts in stock up to two weeks. I called over two weeks later and was basically told we will call you with an estimate so don't call back. I dropped in the next week to find the saw ready. They claimed to have called me but nothing on my iPhone.

I rented equipment from them in the past and this was a last-minute rental they had it and they took care of me I ended up keeping it a couple extra days and I didn't contact them I just returned it I'm pretty sure we're in good standing cuz I haven't heard from them I know I was charged for all the time and I should have been and I'll still go back to them in the future if they'll have me haha! I have recommended them in the past and will always you're my go-to for equipment this time I rented a pallet jack

We rented a mini-excavator to dig out a client's backyard for retaining wall. We asked a 2-foot to 3-foot digging bucket and when we received the equipment we were given an 16-inch digging bucket. This was after we asked if they had the proper size bucket and was assured that they had it ready for us to use. When we called back, they told us all they had was a grading bucket and that we would have to go retrieve it ourselves after they were late to deliver our rental to begin with. Overall, they gave us the wrong equipment, gave us poor customer service and they lied about the equipment for us to rent and then said they never said it to begin with.

Altra has been my go-to place anytime I need to rent something, from a skid-steer to a piano dolly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to accommodate their customers. Recently I had to rent something, but shortly thereafter realized that I was unable to use it that weekend. I returned it later that day, and they agreed to use the money I had paid towards the next time when I will be able to use it. Plus, they had some very friendly dogs in the shop, which is always a good sign!

Altra Rental has all equipment that you might need to complete any job! Their rental rates, and prices for new equipment are very competitive - probably lower than their competitors. The staff is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Go there for your equipment needs and you won't be disappointed.
