I called in the morning the had what I needed. I gotta say went a little bit above and beyond and when I got there it was there. No they Did not hire me to be a spokesman but every time I've been there they got what I need.

This hardware store is well stocked. The staff is also very helpful. I almost always head there for my fasteners. Their selection is extensive.

Had a Very Disappointing experience with the Ontario store. We called to inquire about an item. The employee needed to walk over a few aisles to check. We were on Hold for Over Twenty-Three Minutes, at which time someone disconnected our call. So I called the store once again. Someone answered and I again asked about the item and they hung up. I called a third time, spoke to someone named "John", explained what happened and was told that they were probably out of the merchandise, anyway. I Really Like this store, and have literally spent thousands here, and was very bummed about the way I was treated. I hope it was just an isolated instance.

Not happy with Secor. We spent a lot of money with them on new, high quality wall-to-wall carpeting for our living room, dining room, hallway and steps. The installer put the seam in the middle of the living room instead of between that room and the dining room, the seams are splitting and you can see them. The carpet is also buckling in a couple of spots.

We've called several times and they do not respond or when they do all we get are excuses. The carpet is supposed to have a life-time warranty. They are fine as a hardware store, but I don't think I'd consider them for home improvement.

This is a handy hometown hardware store. They have most of the stuff you need for your projects, and are friendly and helpful. Very glad to have 'em nearby!

So I called in first to see if they had what I needed after being put on hold twice in a 7min.time frame they said they had it. I go in and ask what isle I can find it i was sent to the wrong aisle which stuff happens 28/29 whatever no big deal. As my friend and I are trying to decide which shutoff valve best suites our needs one of the workers Cory at the ontario ny store is across the aisle watching us as if we were going to steal something at first I didn't even notice until we got what we needed and headed towards the register when he comes around to make sure we pay for our items.

I am extremely disappointed as I frequent this hardware store and haven't ever been treated like a thief. It's 2019 and the profiling of innocent people needs to be dealt with in a better manner. Smh

Rented an Excavator was a very pleasant transaction and very professional. Refunded my deposit as soon as they received the machine back. Would recommend,

I just spent over $200 on a brand new LP Gas heater. After spending 30 minutes trying to get it started, I brought the unit back (4 hours after purchasing it). They were unable to get the heater stared either. I was then told I was on my own and they would not call the manufacturer, or ship the unit out for me, or refund my money. I'm appalled at the horrible customer service. They have lost a customer FOREVER!

Having a hardware store close by is handy, however the last two times my experience has been less than wonderful. I went in to purchase an article in the flyer. The gentleman who waited on me said it was out-of-stock. However more would be in later in the week. I returned later and another gentleman checked and said they came in but could not be located.

So he suggested ordering the product. I thought OK paid and was on my way. It never came in. Suggested it may be in on the next delivery. Nope! I waited another week and went get my money back! They said it would be in by the end of the week. To late! Went in to get something else another time that the internet said they carried. Sorry we don't carry it anymore only Newark.

So I wonder what is the point! I also recall going in once and they didn't carry that brand anymore and I had to wait to get it from Newark. So if you need a nail or batteries I recommend Secor anything else go to Lowe's. The drive to Webster is better than the aggravation of being told we don't carry it only Newark does!
