Critical: Professionalism Completely unprofessional, started a project in the beginning of Putnam Valley months ago, leaving it unfinished with massive potholes and begins another project in town turning another bridge into a one lane road. Seems like it would make sense to finish one mess before making another one.

They should complete projects 100% not leave craters in the roadway ( midland ave) and leave I put cones so people won't destroy their tires / rims
