They had me in to do some computer work. I was there for three hours. During that time I witnessed one screaming shouting match on the shop floor, some sort of mental health crisis in the office area, and in the parking lot which is fenced off with barbed wire I was truly afraid for my safety. Avoid this place.

If you have ever wondered what it would be like to be in a prison, or a mental health facility, take a job here for a few months. The permanent staff treats temp workers like circus freaks sent for their entertainment. The two owners have serious delusions of grandeur and force their underpaid workers to participate in weird 'game days', in which they are forced to compete against each other all day, in such games as bingo and coin tossing. Attendance is mandatory.
When not doing that, workers endure hellish conditions of no heat in the winter, no cooling in the summer. The icing on the cake is the toxic waste chemical fumes that waft throughout the entire facility (except for the front office, of course).

Toxic place. I worked in the front office for three weeks. There is a woman there who is the bookkeeper, but for some reason they also call her 'HR Manager'. Her version of HR is to tell people to handle everything themselves, when they come to her with a personnel issue. Then she dramatically complains about it for days behind the person's back. Adding in heaping doses of gossip about their personal issues that she is privy to.
