I had a poor experience with a salesman's misogyny back in July. The man was retiring and I didn't think much of it at the time, a friend recently went and complained that she was treated just as poorly by another salesman in the store. Given both experiences I would not recommend working this business.

Been here many times before for different kitchen and bathroom needs and/or ideas. I came here as I was looking for a new kitchen sink and faucet and I found what I was looking for. Met Jeff (sales) nice guy, professional, knowledgeable about the industry and his products. Will be doing business with a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal installation.

This place is like a candy shop for those looking to enhance upon their current look or to change to totally different look. They have almost everything imaginable for one's kitchen and bathroom needs. Quality products and service. Would highly recommend coming here just leave the checkbook at home.ample parking, accepts cash, credit cards and I would assume since this plumber's supply house probably purchase orders and I am sure they probably offer some sort of financing, but first ask.

If you are planning to renovate your kitchen, no need to look further than Nu way. When Laura and Steve made their initial visit to our home, I felt confident in their knowledge and design ideas. Laura's design presentation was outstanding. The entire team at Nu way are professional, friendly, efficient and detail oriented. They carry high quality material and fixtures. Loved having a weekly schedule of project to be worked on.

The staff always took the time to answer any questions we had. The entire project ran smoothly and absolutely love our new kitchen. Wouldn't change a thing. Stunning! Thank you Nu way!

Really happy with the customer service here. I spoke to them about doing a bathroom remodel and the customer service person walked me through what the process looks like and alleviated a lot of confusion. She is going above and beyond and is looking into getting a rough estimate which is exactly what I need.

Just completed the installation of several closet organizers for my new home. Was an incredible experience with Jessie Hulme. She was such a great help with the original design and offering many ideas. She spent so much time with me on multiple drafts of the design. She came on site during installation to ensure the job was done to perfection and that I was happy with the product. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Jessie.

Forgot to review a few years ago! Ordered shower doors and custom made counter tops. Showroom can take some time, to get a salesperson, but after that - most was decent. After 2 years shower doors were leaking a bit at bottom of door. Needed a replacement strip for the bottom. Went in, they found the part - couldn't find the price for it, after looking for a while - they just comped it! Nice!

EXCELLENT! Had an entire bathroom redone and couldn't be more pleased! The entire team from start to finish was top notch. Laura created a fantastic design and she was wonderful to work with. The finished product exceeded my expectations! Well worth every penny (a lot of penny's ). LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bathroom. It's absolutely perfect! You won't find this quality workmanship anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team.

From start to finish, Nu-Way Kitchen and Bath was first rate. Rachelle made us very comfortable and took as much time as we needed to help redesign our 32 year old kitchen and bathroom. She was proficient with her designs and made brilliant recommendations. Before we left Kevin introduced himself and replied that he will be checking up to see that everything was suitable.

Once our choices were made, Steve came out and took all the measurements we needed. Steve too was professional and approachable. It comforting to know we were in good hands. We had to wait for the materials to show up. Rachelle informed us from the start as to what would be happening with our plans and what to expect and when to expect it. There were no surprises.

Once our choices arrived, we were called to set up a time for the removal of our old cabinets. Todd, Dominic and Ron came out and were friendly, competent and amazingly quick. To my very pleasant surprise, they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Again, we knew and were told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks before we had a working kitchen again. Within no time we had most of our kitchen back. Each and every member of the Nu-Way Team was friendly, caring, qualified and a credit to their profession.

Went to Nuway for bathroom fixtures. Huge selection. Chuck and Dan were most helpful. They both were able to answer all our questions. I ordered everything and it only took 3 days until they had it. Surprisingly the order was 100% spot on. Would highly recommend!

Nu-Way is a great company to work with they are helpful, flexible, and sell quality products. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores. In our case not only did they match the big store price on the tile we purchased they beat them by a little bit. Laura our salesperson was absolutely great to work with she is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable.

Even after the sale Laura and Nu-Way are there for you. We had an issue with some of the tile we purchased the order processing person at Nu-Way got the local office of the manufacturer involved to resolve the issue the same day keeping the project on track. You will not be disappointed selecting Nu-Way for your job materials supplier.

This company is top notch. They totally gutted our condominium, new kitchen, two new baths. they gave us a time line of 4 weeks. and completed on time. every single trade did exemplary work. it was truly a wonderful experience to work with the crew from design to finish. I would highly recommend their workmanship, professional manner and referrals for the purchase of appliances to fixtures. love the experience and would recommend them to anyone. great job!

So, I decided to go with NuWay for a full kitchen remodel including tearing out walls. I looked at 3 different companies, one of which was not interested unless I was paying 60K+ (it was pretty evident), Nuway and a private contractor that someone recommended. I chose Nuway despite the other two Yelp reviews they had at the time. I didn't see how a debate on a broken tub nor the parts guy being fast enough had any bearing on a full kitchen remodel.

I feel I ultimately made a good choice, and I would ultimately recommend them. There were times in the beginning of the project where I would think I made the worst decision in my life. There were issues like any other major remodeling project and changes needed; but ultimately, they pulled through and I was impressed with the outcome. I was also impressed with their continued support AFTER I made the last payment when I have a couple minor items come up and they responded quickly and courteously.

I feel I received solid value for what I paid; I was able to have my cherry cabinets, quartz counter tops, top end fixtures, and simultaneously was able to considerably open up my floor plan for a much more reasonable price than I would have thought possible had I limited my search to the companies in Birmingham and Rochester. I also was treated fairly, and courteously through the whole process.

I actually came to trust them, which is critical when faced with a project as large as a kitchen remodel. It's worth the drive, Steve was great to work with and if I had issues no matter how "nit picky" they were addressed. They were on budget They were on time Quality was there Post sales service / support was there Enough said!

I have dealt with Nu-Way for many years. They installed a Pearl whirlpool tub in my home 20 years ago and we loved it! Three months ago, I purchased a beautiful sliding shower door from them, which was fabricated on site in Shelby Twp. The installer was friendly and professional and the doors slide smoothly. Great product. I I would recommend this company.

Ok, I walk into the store. Looks nice. Go to back parts counter. Stand there for 5 minutes. Nothing. A guy with grey hair walks through the door, straight past me. No eye contact, no hello, no nothing. As he is walking away, I say "is anybody work here at the counter?" He says "well its not me. I just got it in" It got worse after that. The dude was an idiot and had an attitude.

I even asked him if I was bugging him. Look, here is the bottom line. I aint going back. Im surprised this place is still in buisness to be honest. The cashier was very cool and friendly.

Stay away. Big warehouses like Home Depot and Lowe's have similar products, better customer service post-purchase. Dealt with sales person Patrick Rolle. Sales person promoting old school technology - just to make the sale. After the sale - delivery driver dropped off the bath tub on the front lawn and left. The bath tub was cracked. Nu-Way won't replace it- they say we/contractors broke it.

As a small company owner I would hate to waste time dealing with arbitrators over $500, but I am going down this road for the next customer that might get the same treatment. Don't be that customer - go elsewhere and make sure you inspect your delivery before the driver takes off
