In the process of being burned by this manufacturer. 8-10 week lead time, yet the openly state on social media that items are in stock. After waiting months, you get the product and its not what you ordered and then are told another 18 weeks for it to be resolved. There is not much I can do at this point because 98% of the fence is up so i have to wait 18 weeks for the last 12 feet.
I hope I never have to replace a single panel or a post cap because I might be looking at years. I will never ever buy a product from this company and urge anyone reading this to carefully consider your options. This stuff is not cheap and I expected much better treatment for the amount of $ I spent.

My neighbor across the street is a fence contractor and receives deliveries from them almost weekly. Eastern Fence truck drivers have knocked over my mailbox 3x. They paid for replacement post and box the first two times but I had to spend 3-4hours on my Saturday replacing. After the 3rd time knocking over my mailbox they sent a crew out to replace.
Now they keep driving over my lawn and creating large truck tire depressions. So frustrating to be dealing with this. I would not trust a company that has total lack of respect for people's personal property.

I purchased the supplies and installation package from Lowes, they were promising me that I would receive the supplies at a certain dates but it never came. After waiting over three months I called Lowes again and they gave me the vendor number but after I called them they were very rude and told me they're not dealing with customer directly and Lowes is not suppose to give me their number. So if both stores don't want to deal with customer and they already took my money, who should I called then? Very2 unprofessional and rude.

The core of a good business is good people. I rarely find the responsiveness and cooperation at the top level of an organization like I recently did at Eastern Wholesale Fence due to to a minor delivery issue. Bob E. is a highly skilled communicator, problem-solver and leader; I strongly recommend patronizing this company based solely on his presence on the other end of the telephone. Rafael Bayona is the Sales Manager for Eastern Wholesale Fence. We had issues with our gate lock. We reached out to Lowe's and the Installer who were unable to assist. Lowe's gave us the contact number for the Fence Manufacturer. Afterwards we contacted Mr. Bayona and he immediately researched our gate lock mechanism; by the end of the day a new one was to be shipped to our home address. The woman who picks up the phone was extremely disgusting rude & extremely disrespectful and no help at all. Did not want to answer any questions I had, she actually hanged up the phone twice on me, the third time did not even pick up. I would fire her if I was the boss. If a person cannot be friendly to customers why work dealing with customers. This incident happened many times!

Lol, I don't usually do reviews mainly because I'm way too busy to bother. But after calling this company, I couldn't help myself. Now seeing all these awful reviews, I understand why I got the service I got. The lady that answered the phone is Dreadful! It was obvious she could have cared less about obtaining my business. She was short, and acted as if I was wasting her time. I highly recommend anybody thinking about doing business with this company to consider otherwise.

Sales reps are rude and not verry helpfull. They will make it easy to purchase and then send what they want and incomplete. We wanted it shipped and they gave us an $850 shipping charge so we contacted the shipping company our self and got a $250 quote. They did not like that so now our delivery has been rescheduled 3 times because they just simply refuse the give the driver our order.
Just a shame. Now we have lost a client an we are going to turn then in to the better business bureau and we are going to contact our attorney on monday to see what can be done. They have done this on purpose because they simply refuse to just provide a service in a professional manner. Im so disappointed and will not ever do business with the.
