Excellent service! From starting to finish. The office staff to the measurement and instillations staff. Everyone was excellent! My shower door is exactly what we wanted, just perfect.

I had an amazing experience from the moment I stepped into their shop. Beautiful showroom of all kinds of shower doors. Their prices are less compared to other glass companies I was quoted. The shower doors are excellent quality. The installation process was excellent and clean. Mark and his team were courteous and understanding when handling my concern post installation on one of the shower doors.

They handled and processed my concern in a professional and timely manner without resistance. Customer service and building customer relations are truly evident in their business. I highly recommend showerman! I am well pleased with my new shower doors. Thank you Showerman!

I had shower doors installed this morning. from when I entered the showroom, the staff the gentleman who came to measure, the installers and even the people when I called for any questions over the phone, everybody has been very professional, friendly, courteous. I highly recommend using Showerman.

I'd like to first start off saying that I spoke to 2 of the nicest people I ever spoke with Justin and his Dad Mark at ShowerMan-The Frameless Shower Door Store in Manalapan, The plastic slide on my shower doors broke. I searched and called many places and was getting very frustrated. My last call was to Showerman. I spoke with Justin and Mark Justin asked me to email him a pic of the broken slide while I was talking with them on the phone.

They searched for the part but were not able to find it. (The part is about 18 years old). Mark gave me a few names of companies that possibly could have it. They were both very happy to help in my search. I finally found the part at one of the places they recommended I call. The part is no longer made. They had a pile of scrap parts. I called up Justin and Mark, and they were as happy for me as I was that I could find it.

Thanks to them, I did not at this time need to replace my shower doors, but.when the time comes, they will be the ONLY place I will call to do any work in my house. In the few minutes I spoke to Justin and Mark, I could tell how much they cared, and how sincerely nice and honest they both were. Ronnie

If you need mirrors installed or created this is the company! WOW they did an incredible job! I wish I could give 10 stars! Even though the pandemic happened and they are extremely busy, they still make time for you and put you first! They have incredible customer service and their mirrors look fabulous! We used Showerman a few years ago for new shower doors and vanity mirror. I can't say enough about the product and service AND how attentive Mark was to our needs and wants. The doors were completed and installed almost a week before promised, and were the last items we needed to be able to use our beautiful new bathroom. I managed to break a part off the bottom and they came quickly and fixed it for free, as well as gave me spare parts in the event I did it again.

They also came when I thought the extra finish wasn't put on before installation. Again, it was my fault, and they came quickly and promptly and showed me what I did : I can't say enough about them or the service.

We did a master bathroom remodel and I only used Showerman because they were recommended by our contractor. After dealing with multiple suppliers and different contractors no one came close to the negative experience we got from Showerman. Mark (the owner) came out to do the measurements and give us our estimate, very nice at first but once they get your money it's all downhill.

Our doors took 4 weeks to come in, I moved my schedule around to be home and when they were setting up in our bathroom they realized they came in wrong. We certainly were not happy after waiting four weeks and Mark telling us that they "check" the doors before coming to your house in install. Mark bragged about how he does 150 bathrooms a month and I was the ONE order that happened to be wrong.

The install team came into our house after smoking cigarettes in our driveway. This was brought to Mark's attention and his response was "I don't know what to do." My wife has asthma and she could smell the smoke throughout the house. I cannot recommend Showerman to any of our family or friends due to their lack of customer service and no effort to make their customers happy. I hope this review helps and nobody else has the same negative experience/frustration.

The installers showed up on time and were very pleasant. They placed drop cloths to protect my floors and vanity. I was really impressed with how neat and clean they were. The owner Mark showed up to work side by side with his men to hang my bathroom mirror. He is a perfectionist! I could tell right off that he is out to please his customers! Needless to say, I am very pleased with the quality and service and I would highly recommend the Showerman.

Hi Everyone, if you are looking for an amazing company for Mirrors, Glasswork, Custom sized shower doors, go to the Showerman, Rte 9, Marlboro. I had a bathroom wall that was not straight and he made me shower doors that are amazing, look amazing and one would never know the wall was totally uneven. Also they custom made me 2 huge mirrors beveled edged, mirror on mirror that are stunning.

I find this company to be outstanding, to stand behind their work and installs, and offer great service and a warranty of materials. Speak to Isabella, Justin, Tara, or Mark. Mark is the owner and Justin is his son, Tarra has worked there for years and Isabella is her daughter so it is all in the family and you definitely feel a part of the family when working with them.

They really care about their customers! My favorite company and manufacturer; and worked within my budget to make everything happen. And the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Please think twice about going elsewhere I have heard others who have had terrible problems with their shower doors. Their years in business with favorable reviews says it all.

I want to add, that Isabella worked with us in the store and helped us with our decision as to the best shower glass, finish, handles, and the overall look that we were trying to achieve. She asked us questions about our tiles and how we wanted to view them through the glass doors. Mark came out and did the measurements; he was so incredibly helpful and explained everything about the install, Tara followed up with scheduling and the installers for each of our projects.

The installers were very pleasant to have in our home, "for all 3 jobs". They put down tarps on our floors, told us what type of glass cleaner to use, and also left us with a great squiggee for the shower doors. Justin has worked with us as well with scheduling do the snow storms and days I had to cancel. Justin cared so much about working with me on install dates and following up; such a pleasure.

I have been in business myself, recently retired due to illness and I can't say how much I appreciate how smoothly and comfortably everything has proceeded. Thank you again.

Nasty customer service! Ever since the shower doors have been installed 2yrs ago- these doors have been leaking. They have attempted to replace the water stripping to prevent water from dripping outside of my shower doors, 4 times - but have failed each time. If you want a headache and maintenance free shower doors- go elsewhere! What makes it worse is instead of being accommodating for their fault - they have a "customer service" rep who's sooo nasty and rude!

What an incredible experience! We called and got information over the phone, rushed into the store half hour before closing. Everyone was helpful and accomodating, didn't not rush us out, but took the time to explain all details. Very professional! Thank you to Mark and the sales force!

I had my mbr renovated; at first, I was planning on tempered glass and thought 'why spend the extra money?'. it was completed last fall. I cannot stress how strongly I recommend getting the Sparkle/clear glass. it looks beautiful each and every day. I smile whenever I walk in. I also commend the customer service of ShowerMan.

We recently had Showerman install a frameless shower door in our master bedroom. We're extremely happy with the product and overall experience: from the first sales appointment to the completion of the project. Mark, the owner, is personable and really cares about his business; plus everyone, from the office to the installers, we're professional and a pleasure to work with. They even completed the project 2 weeks earlier than originally estimated. Price was reasonable given the quality materials used and the excellent workmanship.

Do yourself a favor and check out other glass companies. The owner charges by how much your house is worth or if you have an expensive car in the garage, expect him to tack on an extra $500. All glass doors come from CHINA. Typical salesman. Lies, Lies, Lies. Profit margin is threw the roof. Go to Home Depot or Lowes. Installation is extremely simple and you will save thousands. Don't fall for the sales pitch. This company are thieves.
