Very helpful, greeted me at the door & took me to the items I was looking for, helped with the selection & helped pick out a saw blade to cut metal. Lowes had no clue & sold me a package of blades that didn't work.

Be very careful. Tuckerton Lumber is servicing customers without masks. Guy got on top of me in parking lot where I was at window paying. He would not back up and had no mask. He yelled expletives at me ang tuckerton took his credit card and that caused him to move up right next to me. Do not go there. They are not following guidelines.

I have been a customer here for a long time and they are a great place for all of your hardware and building needs. But with current pandemic they have had to adapt to purchase over the phone and pick up. Awesome customer service and they have everything you want. Please support the local business they are one of the best

Great customer service! Brought in two screens to be redone. Excellent work and stellar time. This is your local hardware store with immediate and personal service. also purchased a bike pump! Has a lot to offer.

I own a home on LBI and prefer to give my business to companies on the island - but I have made my last purchase here. I suppose if you are a contractor and spend a lot of money you receive good customer service. As an individual who merely wants to buy a gallon of paint and some miscellaneous items - their attitude is they could care less. I spent 25 minutes just waiting for someone who could mix paint and finally gave up.

The rude and less than caring cashier who made it seem like an annoyance to ring up the few small things I had already selected, couldn't be bothered to find someone to help me. After hearing 3-times "they'll be back soon" I decided to walk away. No one cared - they obviously were not the least bit interested in my business. I even approached a guy who was too busy tinkering with a power tool who told me to look for someone else. I ended up making the drive across the bridge to Home Depot and got everything I wanted in 10 minutes and paid a lot less.

This is my second five star rating for this company. I have never shopped in the store without receiving 100% satisfaction. Recognition should be bestowed upon Woody Who knows more about everything when it comes to hardware than almost anyone I know. And Jared who was able to answer my question about a Weber grill. How lucky LBI is to have a lumber and hardware store and is able to blow away big box stores with their competence and dedication satisfying their customers needs.

I love these guys. They've been around for ever and clearly know what they're doing. I was working on a project and an employee really took his time talking me through exactly what I needed. The project turned out great. Can't go wrong here.
