My mother passed away in September 2016. Took flowers to Glassical Heirlooms the day of her funeral. We have finally received them the first of August 2017. We were told that it would take approximately 3 months. Called at end of 3 months they stated that there was no way they had said 3 months that it usually takes 6 months. They also stated they were behind.
I cannot see why it would take this long. The finished produce was pretty but for the amount we paid for them they should have been beautiful. If we had been getting updates on the progress it may have been a little (and I say a little very little) different. I would have to really think hard about using them again.
