Post-frame buildings, more commonly referred to as "pole buildings", are durable buildings that provide a quick construction process. We have done three Pole Building Projects with Columbia Steel Construction, Inc. over the last sixteen years. In my opinion, they are the best in SW Washington, Their work has always been done professionally. In fact in a manner better than I expected. They gave me a bid for 15k on a 24X24 pole building and told me they couldn't build for months due to being backed up. I have waited nearly 4 months. They said they could build in January. January is coming up fast. I called to follow up and find out if they were going to need money down. Duane said he would stop by. He did, I asked to eliminate full insulation and add a door.
He got back to me bringing the bid UP to 18,000 plus tax. He said this is what they do. No integrity. If you don't have time to build, don't say you do. You've wasted a lot of time and I could have had a building built back before winter.
