If I could leave no stars I would. First time they showed up at my house they were an hour late and didn't clean the couch. I was told they just assess the area despite blocking off a four hour window of my time. Second appointment they never showed up to clean the couch despite my confirming several times. Only once guardsman called her did her technician contact me.hours later.

I think that there is a language barrier since she clearly does not understand appointment times and isn't able to communicate what a time window means. Additionally, each time she has contacted me she has been clear that there is only a specific time and date that works for her. Completely inflexible on this because that is when she will be in the area.

Interesting that she cannot keep appointment times despite those being the only times she is "in the area". Guardsman is a horrible service and so is this contractor. However, when the technician did arrive he was very nice and did a good job, so I guess he earned the star.

The WORST! The guy shows up wearing a whole bottle of cologne spoke very little English. Spent 45 min taking pics of the spots and was very argumentative and refused to clean all spots saying he didn't have time- so i asked him to leave. WORST CO- BAD ATTITUDE

Excellent customer service, honest, and do an amazing job repairing furniture pieces

Mike has done excellent work repairing and refinishing several furniture pieces for us. In fact, we'd say he worked a miracle esp with one old child's rocker we thought was beyond repair. He returned it far better than it's ever been and his fees have been beyond reasonable. He also makes the process so easy with some home delivery and timely returns. He also refinished our kitchen cabinets and what a beautiful job! We have already referred Mike to others and don't hesitate to do so!

Completely unethical: I am convinced most positive reviews are fake. My warranty was supposed to cover all spills, I spilled a simple cup of coffee on my sectional. They refused to help because, and I quote, " there is general wear and tear, therefore you do not qualify." Mean while I have had it for two years and the first time I submit a claim, they say I no longer qualify because of general wear and tear." Unethical, this company is a perfect example of why people are skeptical it warranties. Complete scam.

It is an excellent company run by honest people. Their work quality is outstanding with craftsmanship hard to find these days. The workers are professional and courteous; and the price is reasonable. I am glad that my friend recommended us to them.

Mike did a fantastic job, clearly going above and beyond. He provided expert advice and took care of the dreaded glow stick leak that ate away the finish on our dresser. Thanks Mike for your professional help!

Destroyed two of my tables (only three months old) from Ethan Allen. I purchased a warranty from Ethan Allen for $800. Guardsman hired Guardsmanva to do the work. Guardsmanva completely ruined the finish on both of my tables. UPDATE*** I spoke to owner to explain what had happened. He tried to tell me I wasn't his costumer and to call Guardsman. directly when it was his company and his employee who did the unprofessional work.

As you can see from the attached text - it was his company and his employee. He won't stand behind the shoddy unacceptable work. What he fails to understand is that he is liable for destroying my tables (look up third party beneficiary) and will be sued-.

Elya came to my house and cleaned my sectional sofa. she was very nice, polite and professional and did an excellent job. she followed up with me after and gave me some tips on how to keep my furniture in great shape -- which was great customer service! I will definitely be contacting her again next time I need her services!

I totally recommend Guardsman FurniturePro! Mike has cleaned our couch and carpeting and has done a fantastic job. He's always prompt, incredibly professional and very reasonable.

Guardsman FurniturePro came out in response to a claim made after my four of my children were home sick. Most of that time was spent on our taupe sectional. Mark treated about 30 stains including, crayon, food and mysterious bright orange and red stains. They all came out. I was comfortable having Mark in my home, as he was professional, efficient and personable. I'm glad that I got the warranty on my furniture.
