The entire Herrman company has completely let me down. My husband and I quoted and received multiple recommendations as to who to use for building our home. We ended up going with Herrman. BIGGEST MISTAKE. Branson sales rep Chris Goodall consistently ordered things wrong and not on time, this setting back our finish date. After multiple issues, the Branson store manager Steve Maples was little help after MONTHS of not receiving our windows; again pushing back our finish date.
The least they could have done for us would have been to pay for the glass company to install since our framer had moved on months ago, but they refused. After reaching out to corporate, Danny Burks could have cared less how the situation was handled and was very rude and arrogant. This came directly from his mouth at the corporate level "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU TELL YOUR FRIENDS OR WHAT KIND OF REVIEW YOU LEAVE; WE HAVE BEEN HERE 100 YEARS WE WILL BE HERE ANOTHER". I am washing my hands of this awful ran company and warning others go ANYWHERE else and avoid the headache!

I purchase all my cedar 4 by 4's and 2 by 4's from Hermann and they haven't let me down yet. I have on a multitude of times gone in to purchase 8 foot boards for the fence I'm slowly constructing and the loaders will thoroughly examine each board and if they spot an issue they'll ask me if I want that piece of wood. On some occasions they didn't have enough quality 8 footers for my project so we went up to 10' boards. They have earned my respect and my repeat business.
