Terrible company, Gave them nearly 2 months notice on when I needed my awning finished for the grand opening, THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED THE AWNING THE DAY OF THE DEADLINE. Midtown signs makes swings, just use them. Save yourself the massive hassle

Purchased the awning several years ago and love it! Any issues that occurred with the awning (issues caused by squirrels no fault of the awning) where taken care of fantastically by this company. They have been very responsive to my needs.

We hired Western Awning to enclosed our deck with some type of clear vinyl. They came up with a great design that incorporated removable painted aluminum frames covered in clear vinyl and sunbrella. It required multiple panels and multiple fittings to get it just right, but Rick and his team came up with perfect design that enhances the value of our new home. And the bonus is, once spring/summer gets here, they're removable. We would definitely recommend Western Awning.

So I give Midwest a one star rating because they decided to not pay me for Christmas vacation, and then fire me the next day I come back because apparently I'm "not sturdy enough on ladders, and dropped an awning frame and broke every weld." I dropped the frame due to the other guy setting his ladder to steep and making both of us stop half way up our ladders holding a 25ft long awning.

It wasn't my intention to purposely drop the awning, it was either drop the awning and break a few welds, or fall off the ladder while holding the awning which would've resulted in serious injuries. So thank you Midwest for firing me, making it impossible to pay rent on time this week without having to borrow the money, and thanks for not paying me when I was told I would be payed.

They replaced one awning at our home, and the price was great as well as the quality of craftsmanship. They use Sunbrella fabrics and offered a nice range of colors and options. We got our new awning in less than two weeks. We are very pleased!
