Ppl r helpful and vary polite they did there best to answer any questions I had honestly and as fast as possible admitting they didn't know answer to some of my questions and doing there best to get me the right information as fast as they possibly could and not just making up an answer because they didn't want me to know they didn't know the answer or just to lazy to find the right answer for me and basically just giving me any answer to get ride of me so I'm happy with me experience there and will b going back and would definitely refer others to as well

Horrible experience. I went there to pick up lumber that my wife called in and paid for, when I got there the guy handed me my slip and said he would tell the guys in the yard I was coming. I get out to the wood with poor directions(telling me to go to the yellow structure that was actually brown), and waited 10 minutes for the help they called. No 1 showed so I started loading it myself.
Most of the wood was damaged or not right so I had to pick through the pile. And when I got half way through loading, an employee came up to me and told me rudely "that pile better be the way you found it" then walked off to smoke a cigarette. Not once was I asked if I needed help. Very pathetic customer service and explains why there weren't many customers there.

Went to Boulia-Gorrell Lumber Co. to get a quote for a kitchen remodel. The kitchen guy came out took all the measurements and never called back or gave me the quote. I called and left messages at least 3 times and never got a call back. Went with another company and spent about $20k on our new kitchen. It looks great and Boulia-Gorrell Lumber Co. didn't get a dime of it because they never followed up.
