A bit costly but the product is good. Some of the workers are not very nice. Especially the guy in the store. He is a cold fish. Even if you are already a costumer that has their fence. That part is sad. They don't work with you on lowering cost.

This company is the worst. They do not stand behind their work. Do not use them. Had PVC fence installed 4/2018 that was damaged due to wind 3 weeks ago. Supposed to be under warranty for materials and installation. Howard Blatt from company came here today to assess the damage. He spent over 4 hours outside our house in his car before ringing the doorbell.

My mom answered the door and he attempted to take advantage of her, being an older woman. First said that he didn't see any damage when the PVC is clearly cracked around the latch causing gate not to stay closed. When my brother went outside he immediately changed his tune and acknowledged the damage. However he then retreated to his car to write an estimate for repair of something that should be clearly covered by warranty. When my brother confronted him he merely rolled up his window and drove off.

I walked in with my family and inquired about pricing of a fence install. They would not provide one. I needed to set up an appointment which was more than 30 days in the future. I came out of my way and they would give an idea? Really? I took my business elsewhere. Maybe this is why they got smaller.

Very bad experience with Rose Fencing in May 2021. Do your research their prices are elevated. Find another fencing company! Did not have my order on time even though they told me when to make the pick up. They sold me the wrong rails, yet the rails I wanted was used to the build the gates I ordered. When I tried to return the product for my money back they said all sales are final read my receipt.

They did not even disclose this information when I purchase the fencing or disclose that they didn't have the rails I wanted. Shame on you Joe? Shame on you Rose Fence! Poor customer service!

Please be careful of the Vinyl fences that Rose Fence is installing. I had a really bad experience with them. The sales person showed me Active Yard - Haven series product with glide lock feature and explained why it was superior than its competitors' product. As a result, I agreed to contract with them and paid them the initial deposit and they agreed to install it about a month later. However, when they came to install the fence, I noted that the fence they were trying to install was not the one the sales person had showed me but some genetic, cheaper quality fence that had tongue and grove feature and not glide lock feature.

The installer told me that those are the only kind of Vinyl fences Rose Fence carries. I got really upset and called the sales person, who told me that since they could not get the product I ordered, they are installing another one. He then started explaining that how the one they are trying to install is better than the one I had ordered. At that point I told him that he had about a month between the contract sign date and the installation date, he should have informed me that the product I had ordered was unavailable rather than being sneaky and installing a wrong product.

I then called their main office to complain and I was soon connected with the owner. The owner told me that they stopped carrying Active yards about 3 years back. So I asks him as to why the sales person showed me Active yard sample during his sales pitch. At that point the owner said that the sales person should not have done that. Then I asked him that if it has been 3 years since they stopped carrying Active yard products then why do they still have it on display in their showroom in Freeport and also why do they still advertise it on their website.

At that point he did not have a good answer for me and said that their current product is better than Active Yard and immediately agreed to give me my deposit back (which apparently took me 3 calls to get my money back). My apologies for the long post but wanted to share my experience to make others aware of the "bait and switch" tactic Rose Fence uses and tries to cheat its customers. It's a shame that such crooks are still in business.

I had a great experience dealing with Bryan and Rose Fence! I needed a custom fence latch for a kennel in an animal hospital. While they were unable to find an exact match for our custom kennel, they were able to find a similar item that they then welded into the correct specifications. The latch is very well made and is a perfect fit. Every one that I spoke to was polite and professional and I really appreciate that they went to great lengths to ensure we were updated every step of the way.

They installed the latch promptly and the installer made sure to wear gloves, a mask, and keep 6 feet of distance at all times. I will definitely be using them for all our fencing needs from now on.

Very nice staff. Very helpful and responsive. Have to edit my review and stars. After just 6 months my fence bowed out and the other side is slowly sinking. The Gate no longer latches. Found that no metal posts or supports were installed inside the as I was told by the salesman. Salesman came back out to look at the job and agreed it was shoddy work. Let's see how they fix it. will update after. But so far not impressed and concerned about the money spent on it and how long the fence will actually last.
