Wrong thickness glass unit came in and cracked when installed. Silvernail went to unusual lengths to get new glass in spite of covid supply chain issues and an unresponsive manufacturer. Communication was fantastic. These folks really understand customer service. I'd never go anywhere else now.

I attended the location with the intent of getting a small mirror replaced on a hanging wall decoration. I was greeted by Jim Polacek who asked me to wait a minute and took my piece into the back room. In 10 minutes he appeared and the piece had been repaired with a custom cut mirror. Now THAT is customer service! When I asked how much, I can't believe how inexpensive it was.

I figured I would be leaving the piece at the location for a week, and have to return to pick it up. Jim went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this company if all their employees reflect the same customer service that Jim displayed. A big thank you!

Fast as FUH! Maybe not typical, but they were able to dispatch and quote same day; within 6 hours of the call in. From there, in a strike of luck, they had some overstock of the tempered panel size I needed! Oh boy - HOW MUCH? Turns out. [an extremely fair price] - I was shocked, considering the response speed. I contacted Silvernail beginning of this year after the 2 bathroom remodels where ready for shower doors. I spoke with Jim and explained what I was looking for. He gave me a few options, frameless vs semi-frameless. The price I received from Silvernail was very reasonable. I did shop before committing, the other glass houses didn't give me an option, all frameless and Very Expensive.

The doors were installed a week ago and they are perfect. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there that appreciate their customers and give them what they want. I would recommend Silvernail to anyone who is needing any kind of glass or mirror work. They are a Very honest and Professional company

Not sure where to begin but we bought a remodeled home that was on the market for almost a year. There were issues with water leaking in one shower and the doors in the other not being aligned correctly. I checked with the office and had a call back indicating within 30 minutes that someone would stop by to look at the issues and they were there within a day or two.

While there and looking at the issues, the owner was contacted by the crew. I immediately received a call from the owner. The original work was a few months out of warranty but Jim Polacek (owner) indicated he'd take care of everything. Both shower doors were removed and reinstalled, including a glass wall and door which had to be taken back to the shop.

We were kept informed throughout the entire process and the crew was outstanding in their work. I'll not use any other company to do any glass work I have in the future. Outstanding!

Professional service friendly cleaned up after themselves arrived on time

Jim, I want to compliment Paul from your shop who came out and cleaned and reinstalled the glass on my shower. You originally installed the glass many years ago and over time it had gotten a little dirty and loose. Paul did an outstanding job of cleaning the glass up, taking out the old brackets and caulking and reinstalling. It looks like new. Paul was very professional and offered helpful hints about maintenance. Will always call Silvernail for glass and mirror work.

Recently remodeled my bathroom and these guys did all my glass and mirrors. Professional, arrived when they said they would and their attention to detail with the fit and finish was great. I would not use anyone else

Quality materials just as I ordered! I contacted Silvernail Glass and Mirror for help with a custom shower door for my master bath. The glass fit perfectly in an unusually shaped area (due to uneven dimensions of my shower) and looks beautiful! Thank you for all your help getting me exactly what I wanted!

Had over $6000 worth of work completed 9 months ago by Silvernail Glass and Mirror of St. Petersburg, Fl. This morning woke up to the mirror in our masterbath vanity cracked, see photo. Sent pic to Jim Polacek, within 10 seconds of his receipt of the picture he replied back that my electrician broke it by over tightening the vanity lights. Mind you the vanity lights have been up for over 4 months.

He continued that he does not need my business and that he would not help! WOW. Note that during his presentation he said they stand behind their product and installation for 1 year. When I texted him that I would post a review he warned me that he would sue me.

Always extremely helpful, honest and professional, the office staff, technicians and Jim the co-owner. They came to me highly recommended and far surpassed my expectations. I always get multiple estimates for every job and they are very reasonable. Their technicians removed over the counter full wall height 12 wide mirrors that had been in place for 27 yrs in just a few minutes, with no breakage and no damage to the drywall from the old mastic, much better than expected. Jim, the owner has been very generous with recommendations and research on a new frameless shower door patterned to fit my new shower stall and my unique tastes.

During the use of a number of contractors and getting bids, I have found many who try to ripoff condo owners and seniors with outrageous prices and shoddy work. Silvernail came thru for me in record time! The rep showed up as promised, was timely and efficient, and had my window replaced in minutes (I think it was like 12 minutes total). I was very impressed. Thank you Laurie and Kathleen and the reps who came out! I recommend Silvernail without hesitation.

This company is a rare find indeed. They have integrity and a sense of responsibility and fairness toward their customers. Jim, the co owner, was especially kind in helping me survive a truly disastrous construction nightmare. Patient and more than generous, Silvernail Glass exceeded all expectations. It is unusual to find a company that honors their work and respects their customers like this one does. Go nowhere else.

Silvernail has provided superior customer service through several jobs over the last few years. First they moved my giant mirrors from a rented space to a space we bought in 2007. Then when we were forced to downsize in 2011 they moved my mirrors again to a rented space, agreeing to store the extra. Now we are expanding again and they could not find my old mirrors. (It had been two years and I really did not have expectations they would still have them).

We had a frameless shower installed in our daughter's bathroom and it looks great. Very modern without all of the bulky metal of old school showers. Variety of styles. We will definitely be using them again on our next bathroom remodel.
