Four-jaks has worked with Gateway industries for many years in the assembly of products for our customers. Our relationship with them has been productive and rewarding! They have assembled over a million products every year with quality as our number one priority. Our inventory levels help us provide our customers with product consistently, and we are always prepared for emergency and spike orders!
Working in conjunction with our injection molding shop, we cast zinc hardware to complete our assemblies, stock and custom products. Die casting is a manufacturing process that can produce geometrically complex metal parts through the use of reusable molds, called dies. The die casting process involves the use of a furnace, metal, die casting machine, and die.
Using high quality materials, our mold shop produces nearly 100,000,000 units annually. Injection molding is the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic parts. A wide variety of products can be manufactured using injection molding, and they can vary greatly in their size, complexity, and application.
