Amazing company to work with. Everybody is very nice and professional. Kinda hard to get them out sometimes (completely understandable due to the time of year). but worth the wait if needed. It's best to set up a scheduled visit that way u know when they are coming. N when they say they will be there they always are! They don't mind teaching alil here n there to help just in case they can't get there asap. Great prices and honest about what is going on. We love the Crystal Clear family

Very knowledgeable staff, and wonderful people to work with. I came to get my water tested and the redheaded lady there told me everything i needed and helped me to fix a major algae problem. I spent hundreds of dollars at other companies to try to fix this problem and once I got to Crystal Clear I spent maybe 50$ in chemicals and a few days later my pool was crystal clear. They told me everything I needed and they were right

We contacted this store to have a chlorinator installed on our pool. We were quoted a price and agreed to have it done. Upon completion we were presented with a bill $200 higher than what was quoted. When we called to question the bill the woman denied ever quoting the price she gave us. She said that the installer had to do a lot of additional plumbing and that we lived in Liberty (we live in Snow Camp) the service call was higher due to the distance being further away.
I will never do business with them for any reason and I will highly recommend that other people shop elsewhere. Very unprofessional and condescending to deal with. We were just ripped off!

I visited Crystal Clear Pools and Spas to get a quote for a pool. The lady was very straight forward and honest about the timeline as to when we will receive call to meet with her team for a quote. I appreciate her honesty and straight forward approach. I met the owner and his son they were very helpful and gave us a quote with no BS. No pressure sales nor did they make us feel we had to make a decision within days or we would be at the bottom of the list because they were to busy. I have called and visited other pool companies who were less responsive made us feel they could care less about gaining another customer.

I called Crystal Clear Pools late last summer to install an inground pool. There was quite a wait list due to everyone deciding to do staycations, I guess. They told me I would be 4th on the list for the new year when the weather broke. Since we had a mild winter and decent weather they were able to put me 1st and today the liner and water are going in.
It is beautiful and I cannot wait to get in! They were so easy to work with and I just could not have asked for a better experience. Very professional, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks so very much!

We have been using Crystal Clear Pools when we had an above ground pool. We went with them after several quotes to put in our in ground pool. They have always been very helpful when getting chemicals leveled out and answering any questions We have had. We called last week knowing our pump was going out. We understood that it would be several weeks before Dean would be able to get to replace it for us because of the season.
Unfortunately our pump went out yesterday morning. I called that morning and told them that I was just checking to see where we were on the call list. I was still expecting at least a week or so before Dean would be able to make it. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, he showed up the same afternoon I called and replaced the pump along with other items we needed done. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service!
